V	Vicus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un guasto alla macchina all'uscita del casello termoli x Campobasso mi hanno preso 80€ per portarmi in officina da loro a 12 km circa di distanza per poi dirmi che solo la chiamata veniva 100 euro.... e che per sistemare la macchina ci volevano vari giorni.... essendo carico di bagagli non potevo certo lasciare la macchina a 200km da casa!!! mi hanno chiesto prima 400€ per portarmi col carro attrezzi fino a benevento (130km) oppure 250€ per campobasso (54km).... UNA MASSA DI APPROFITTATORI E INCAPACI... AUGURO LORO DI TROVARSI NELLA STESSA SITUAZIONE!!! Alla fine ho risolto chiamando il carro attrezzi dove abito a 200km di distanza!! Sconsiglio vivamente di rivolgersi a questi signori!! V	Vanessa Bertone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia auto decide di abbandonarmi un venerdì sera alle 18 chiamo un carro attrezzi preso da Google non essendo della zona e mi rispondono che mi avrebbero richiamata...passano 15 minuti e ancora niente alla fine ho dovuto percorrere 5 km a piedi. Il giorno seguente di SABATO chiamo loro e gentilmente mi hanno caricato l’auto , riaccompagnata a casa e dopo due giorni era pronta con un prezzo modico. Che dire gentilissimi, capaci e molto cordiali grazie ancora ?? My car decides to abandon me on a Friday evening at 6 pm I call a tow truck taken from Google not being in the area and they reply that they would call me back ... 15 minutes pass and still nothing in the end I had to walk 5 km. The following day of SATURDAY I call them and they kindly loaded my car, taken me home and after two days it was ready with a modest price. What about very kind, capable and very cordial thanks again ??

Diagnosi completamente sbagliata su guarnizione testata bruciata quando invece era sufficente cambiare pompa dell'acqua come ha fatto un altro meccanico al quale mi sono sentito costretto a rivolgermi perché avevo capito da alcune cose che non era esatta la loro diagnosi..... Tipo il manicotto del radiatore che non si gonfiava..... Radiator replacement ok ..... But then ..... Completely wrong diagnosis on burnt cylinder head gasket when instead it was enough to change the water pump as did another mechanic to whom I felt compelled to contact because I understood from some things that their diagnosis was not correct. ..... Like the radiator hose that didn't swell .....

Si è occupato personalmente di chiamarmi un taxi per portarmi alla stazione, facendo diversi tentativi prima di trovarmene uno disponibile. Leggo una recensione precedente negativa e che trovo ingiustificata, visto che, alla richiesta di fare una diagnosi sul mio mezzo (a pagamento), relativo a quanto accaduto, oberato di lavoro ha dovuto suo malgrado a rinunciare, Inoltre non ha voluto ulteriore compenso riguardo una permanenza maggiore dell'autovettura nel suo deposito, non ricoperto dall'assicurazione. Domenica pomeriggio, chiedo se pottesse fornirmi una ruota per permettermi di proseguire il viaggio, la risposta è stata: "la procedura non lo prevede, chiami la sua assicurazione per farsi manadare un'auto". Vengo richiamato la mattina del primo giorno lavorativo successivo, mi viene detto: "la sua gomma è rovinata e non riparabile, è necessario sostiturla, procediamo?" Rispondo che da lì ad un'ora sarei stato sul posto per vedere di persona lo stato dello pneomatico". Giunto in officina mi rendo conto che si tratta di un foro delle dimensioni di un chiodo, per cui chiedo di effettuare una riparazione, ricevo in risposta: "però se ne assume la responsabilità"! La riparazione viene effettuata con il "verme di gomma" tempo per effettuarla meno di tre minuti. Vado a pagare in ufficio, 15€ in contanti, del documento commerciale, neanche l'ombra. Tornato a casa faccio controllare lo pneumatico dal mio gommista di fiducia, il quale sostituisce il "vermicello" con una toppa professionale e garantita, mi riferisce che la gomma è in ottimo stato e posso utilizzarla in tutta sicurezza. Spendo la stessa cifra ma la gomma è stata smontata, controllata, rimontata ed equilibrata, infine ho ricevuto anche la ricevuta di quanto ho pagato. Se avete la sfortuna di ricevere assistenza stradale da loro, chiedete altri pareri prima di procedere alle riparazioni.
