★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problematica insorta con la ruota posteriore sinistra mentre mi trovavo sulla A14 dopo il casello di Termoli. Soccorso autostradale arrivato dopo 20-30 minuti. Subito dopo cambio ruota dal gommista! Servizio ottimo e professionale!
Problem arose with the left rear wheel while I was on the A14 after the Termoli tollbooth. Highway rescue arrived after 20-30 minutes. Immediately after changing the wheel at the tire dealer! Great and professional service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tornando a casa dalle vacanze mi è scoppiata una gomma in autostrada. Sono stato aiutato dal soccorso stradale ma rimaneva il problema della sostituzione del pneumatico. Ho fatto varie telefonate a officine diverse ma considerando che erano le 18 di sabato pomeriggio o erano chiuse o non trovavo nessuno che fosse disposto a sostituirmi il pneumatico ad eccezione di questa autofficina , permettendomi di rientrare a casa con la mia famiglia nella stessa giornata. In caso contrario avrei dovuto aspettare fino al lunedì. Posso solo quindi essere soddisfatto del servizio ricevuto. Ho trovato una persona gentile, disponibile ed onesta. Grazie
Coming home from vacation, I broke a tire on the highway. I was helped by roadside assistance but the problem of changing the tire remained. I made several phone calls to different workshops but considering it was 6pm on Saturday afternoon they were either closed or I couldn't find anyone willing to replace my tire except for this garage, allowing me to go home with my family on the same day. Otherwise I would have to wait until Monday. I can therefore only be satisfied with the service received. I found a kind, helpful and honest person. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo partiti da due ore da Vieste per tornare a casa in Germania quando improvvisamente la macchina ci abbandona su una strada statale. Erano le ore 23.00, macchina piena a zeppa e con tre bambini, cercavamo di rintracciare disperatamente qualcuno che ci potesse aiutare.
Dopo tante chiamate abbiamo per fortuna rintracciato a Vallone.
Nonostante fossimo fuori zona ( a più di un ora di distanza da lui) ha compreso la situazione ed è venuto subito a nostro soccorso.
Ci ha detto dove poter dormire, ha organizzato un taxi ecc.e a prima mattina ( dopo che eravamo rientranti alle 3 del mattino) ha controllato la nostra auto.
Veramente un grazie di cuore.
Specialmente in queste situazioni è più rincuorante sapere che ci sono persone che lavorano con cuore e professionalità.

We had left Vieste for two hours to return home to Germany when suddenly the car leaves us on a state road. It was 11.00 pm, car packed full and with three children, we were desperately trying to find someone who could help us.
Fortunately, after many calls, we tracked down in Vallone.
Although we were out of the area (more than an hour away from him) he understood the situation and immediately came to our rescue.
He told us where to sleep, arranged a taxi etc and early in the morning (after we were back at 3am) checked our car.
Really a heartfelt thanks.
Especially in these situations it is more heartening to know that there are people who work with heart and professionalism.

We had a mishap with the tire (puncture) on the highway on Friday evening during the holiday period (at 11pm). Fortunately we were able to contact the Vallone car repair shop in San Salvo, who immediately proved to be kind and helpful, solving our problem with professionalism and courtesy. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo Pasqua sono rimasto in panne in autostrada più o meno all'altezza di Termoli (a 400 km dalla mia destinazione e altrettanto lontano dal luogo di partenza) e sono stato indirizzato all'officina dei F.lli Vallone. Officina con personale molto serio e professionale, ma soprattutto cortese e disponibile. In particolare il titolare e il figlio Nicola che ha hanno fatto il possibile per limitare i disagi dovuti alla situazione.
After Easter I was stranded on the motorway more or less at the height of Termoli (400 km from my destination and just as far from the place of departure) and I was directed to the workshop of the Vallone brothers. Workshop with very serious and professional staff, but above all courteous and helpful. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La nostra auto è andata in panne in autostrada più o meno all'altezza di Termoli. Chiamati per il servizio di soccorso autostradale abbiamo ottenuto una assistenza molto efficiente e rapida che ci ha consentito successivamente di utilizzare la competenza del personale della officina Vallone, terminale delle auto ferme per problemi. Siamo stati all'assistiti dal cordiale e validissimo Nicola rampollo della famiglia in una atmosfera davvero piacevole. Abbiamo risolto il nostro problema e siamo rientrati a casa con la nostra auto perfettamente efficiente con vera soddisfazione.
Our car broke down on the motorway more or less at Termoli.
