Tortuga Beach

Per il secondo anno ci siamo recati in questo stabilimento avendo avuto una esperienza positiva l'anno scorso. Quest'anno merita tutto il mio plauso. Innanzitutto hanno fatto il possibile per evitare assembramenti sotto gli ombrelloni. Hanno controllato con cura chi accedeva dall'esterno senza registrarsi. I bagni venivano puliti con cura. Inoltre grande goduria è stata la scoperta della cabina con doccia di acqua calda e tutti i servizi annessi. Insomma stabilimento da consigliare a chiunque debba scegliere ad Andora. E poi quest'anno il titolare Renato ha mostrato un sorriso in più che non guasta mai!!

Non è oro tutto quello che luccica .. note positive: lo spazio tra i lettini e il mare ideale per giocare con i bimbi. Note negative: 1)proprietari/personale scortesi 2) bagni, servizi,docce sporche e mal funzionanti, al pomeriggio c'era sempre un odore tremendo vicino ai wc che si trovano attaccati alle doccie, quest'ultime con getti mal funzionanti, vecchi. Ci sono stabilimenti molto più puliti e ristrutturati da anni li in andora 3) pavimento irregolare con rischio di inciampare o scivolare.

Tortuga è una spiaggia moolto grande ma il personale è adeguato ed è ben tenuta. Provata nel 2020 in epoca Covid, aveva distanziamento abbastanza corretto. Nel 2021 sono andato altrove, ma passando di qua son rimasto sbalordito da come invece son di nuovo appiccicati gli ombrelloni ! Hanno addirittura piantato una fila (poi inutilizzata) che con marea alta ma anche solo media, è praticamente in acqua ! Pura avidità. In ogni caso non cercate di andarci, è piena come tutte le altre spiagge di Andora. Per il 2022 iniziate a telefonare a febbraio-marzo....

Sempre bello tornare ai bagni Tortuga Servizio, pulizia, personale al top

Abbiamo mangiato al ristorante Tortuga beach direttamente sul mare. Ristorante bar del Lido Tortuga, in questo periodo la spiaggia non è attrezzata per cui si gode di una vista meravigliosa. Cucina ottima e servizio curato. Disponibilità e cortesia. Prezzi giusti. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Bagni adatti alle famiglie. Pulizia della spiaggia e delle parti comuni. Personale gentile e professionale. Potete mangiare in spiaggia nel buon ristorante che propone ogni giorno piatti diversi ben cucinati e praticare ogni sorta di attività sportiva di mare, dal surf al sup, alle adrenaliniche corse su speciali gommoni trainati da un motoscafo. Prezzi per ombrellone, sdraio e spogliatoio personale fra i migliori di Andora.

Spiaggia attrezzata di sabbia fine con anche scuola surf. Buono il ristorante che cucina anche piatti elaborati. Personale gentile. Tempi un po' lunghi perché si hanno molti tavoli

The beach bar has a fantastic location! You can sit outside in the winter sun and it´s nice and warm! The food is ok at best (oversalted spaghetti vongole and mediocre pizza) and the staff is very friendly. For all this I would rate the place with 3-4 stars. But: We sat on the terrace on December 22nd, the sea was very rough, but the terrace had a railing with wooden panels, so we figured the area must be secure enough. The staff served us there, we had a good lunch and while we were drinking our coffee a very big wave came over the panels and washed us away. Two of us were soaked up to the waist and one of us even was completely floating on his chair in the water. Our smarphones who were laying on the table at the moment this happend fell in the water and even though my friend fished them out quickly they are 100 % broken now. I had my IPad in my backback which swam 5 m into the kitchen. It took around 10 minutes untill I got it back because we couldn´t find it. Of course it got wet inside. Also the Ipad needs a repair now. For the time being we were happy nothing more had happened and went to our holiday house to shower, get dry and change our clothes. When we spoke to the lady boss the next day she apologized and informed us that she would speak to her insurance company about this situation. So we were hopping to get a little compensation for this experience (the repair costs for the phones and tablet would have been nice, we didn´t speak about my new shows and some of the other clothes). We went there every day for 12-13 days in a row and have been put off everytime untill the very last day when I was informed that the restaurant wasn´t liable for the flooding and it had been our own responsible to sit there. So we didn´t get any compensation not even a free meal on one of the following days. I can only recommend: Beware of the sea when you sit on the beach terrace and keep your smartphones on you at all times!
