Ho avuto un guasto ma non avevo la pinza seger e me la hanno prestata indicami anche altre componenti che non erano proprio in ottime condizioni Friendly professionals and without the desire to waste time. Il personale è stato scortese sia al ritiro della bicicletta sia alla consegna. Inoltre la bicicletta era sporca, da sgrassare, il cambio era da regolare e i copertoni erano di diverso tipo sia davanti sia dietro, oltre ad essere usurati. Non lo consiglio! On 26.09.2020 I rented a racing bike, a carbon Look with many years behind. The staff were rude on both bicycle pickup and delivery. In addition, the bicycle was dirty, to be degreased, the gearbox had to be adjusted and the tires were of different types both front and rear, as well as being worn. I don't recommend it!

La bici c'è, la vediamo, ci accordiamo per un noleggio di 2 giorni . il signore ci dice di ripassare tra 15 minuti così ce la prepara e noi ne approfittiamo per andare a casa per prendere il caschetto. Al ritorno la bici non è più disponibile, il proprietario ci dice che non era quella la bici che avevamo svelto ma che bisognava aspettare il rientro di un'altra persona che era in ritardo.... insomma ha trovato qualcuno che gli avrebbe noleggiato la bici per più giorni lasciando noi al palo. Scorretto. On 15.08.21 we go to the shop to rent a bike with a child seat. Alla proposta del titolare di comprarne una seconda ho declinato in quanto non mi piaceva la bicicletta. Il proprietario ci ha liquidato ( dopo aver saldato la prima ) dicendo che gli avevamo fatto un favore a non comprarla perché non capivamo niente di biciclette. Un maleducato di prima categoria. Ah... Ci ha venduto un lucchetto usato al prezzo di uno nuovo. Assolutamente sconsigliato. Ci sono altro rivenditori ad Andora molto più educati ed onesti. Andate altrove!
