V	Veronica Gallo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati ai bagni Walburga nell ultima settimana di agosto. Esperienza pessima, personale scortese e maleducato e costi spropositati. Eravamo in vacanza in famiglia (7 membri di cui una bambina e un disabile) per motivi di distanziamento ci hanno detto che potevamo stare tutti insieme sotto l ombrellone e che non c erano a disposizione due ombrelloni nello stesso lido. Allora ne abbiamo preso solo uno per sistemare la bambina e il disabile. Solo per il passaggio al loro lido, due sdraio abbinate all ombrellone e una sedia extra ci sono stati richiesti 80 euro. Poi abbiamo chiesto come fare per poter riunire la famiglia e stare insieme e ci hanno detto che potevamo stare sul bagnasciuga o in acqua, l importante era non stare tutti insieme sotto l ombrellone. Peccato che per il solo passaggio dalla passeggiata al bagnasciuga e la possibilità di lasciare le borse sotto l ombrellone già strapagato ci hanno chiesto un ulteriore quota per singola persona che entrava (ovviamente non avendo pagato la quota intera si sono scocciati quando abbiamo usato la fontanella per sciacquare la sabbia dai piedi). Esperienza negativa da non ripetere ne al tempo del covid ne in futuro. We went to the Walburga baths in the last week of August. Bad experience, unfriendly and rude staff and disproportionate costs. We were on a family vacation (7 members including a child and a disabled person) for distancing reasons we were told that we could all be together under the umbrella and that there were not two umbrellas available in the same beach. So we only took one to accommodate the child and the disabled person. Just for the passage to their beach, two deckchairs combined with the umbrella and an extra chair we were asked for 80 euros. Then we asked how to reunite the family and be together and they told us that we could stay on the shore or in the water, the important thing was not to be all together under the umbrella. Too bad that just for the passage from the walk to the shore and the possibility of leaving the bags under the already overpaid umbrella they asked us for an additional fee for each person who entered (obviously not having paid the full fee they were annoyed when we used the fountain to rinse the sand off your feet). Negative experience not to be repeated neither at the time of the covid nor in the future.
