Gli addetti sono molto affiatati e ben coordinati tra loro e, oltre ad essere gentilissimi ed amichevoli, si distinguono per professionalità e competenza e si applicano con particolare impegno nella tenuta in ordine e pulizia della spiaggia, con peculiare cura dei servizi. Veramente encomiabile l’organizzazione e gestione dell’attività, incentrata nella cura e costante ricerca della soddisfazione dei clienti, con grande predisposizione a venire incontro alle loro necessità, tanto da farli sentire come fossero a casa loro. Infine, particolare a mio avviso molto importante e condiviso con altri frequentatori, viene curata con molta attenzione la tranquillità dei clienti con una presenza costante ed un controllo della spiaggia, assolutamente riservato, ma che infonde un senso di sicurezza e fiducia; altrove non ci si sente così tranquilli a lasciare gli oggetti personali sotto l’ombrellone per andare a fare il bagno. Complimenti vivissimi per l’eccellenza. After a vacation spent in Alassio, attending Bagni Alba, I cannot help but praise this modernly equipped bathing establishment with high standards of functionality and quality, with utilities not present everywhere, such as free hot showers and magazines. The employees are very close-knit and well-coordinated with each other and, in addition to being very kind and friendly, they stand out for their professionalism and competence and apply with particular commitment to keeping the beach tidy and clean, with a particular care for services. The organization and management of the activity is truly commendable, focused on the care and constant pursuit of customer satisfaction, with a great predisposition to meet their needs, so as to make them feel like they were at home. Finally, in my opinion very important and shared with other patrons, the tranquility of the customers with a constant presence and a control of the beach is treated with great care, absolutely confidential, but that instills a sense of security and trust; elsewhere you do not feel so calm to leave your personal belongings under the umbrella to go swimming. Congratulations for the excellence.

Spiccano le ottime condizioni e l’igiene dei servizi, nonché le docce calde, che si fanno molto apprezzare. Alquanto graditi, inoltre, giornali e numerose riviste a disposizione dei clienti. Il personale addetto, sempre presente ed operoso, è alquanto professionale, cordiale ed estremamente gentile e, soprattutto, molto attento e disponibile a soddisfare pienamente la aspettative e le esigenze dei clienti. Frequentando la spiaggia si ha la percezione che si tratta di un’attività a gestione familiare, e fin da subito, grazie alle loro doti di affabilità e cortesia, ti fanno sentire come se fossi di casa. In particolare ho apprezzato l’attenzione che viene posta alla serenità e salvaguardia dei bagnanti, con un controllo molto discreto, impercettibile, ma vigile e costante, esercitato, oltre che, ovviamente, per la sicurezza fisica in mare, anche tra gli ombrelloni, essenziale per prevenire inconvenienti e poter lasciare con fiducia le proprie cose in spiaggia. Veramente eccellenti, meritano senz’altro un elogio. The "Bagni Alba" represent a first-rate bathing establishment, with modern and functional equipment, always kept perfectly clean and tidy. The excellent conditions and the hygiene of the services stand out, as well as the hot showers, which are much appreciated. Also, newspapers and numerous magazines available to customers are very welcome. The staff, always present and hardworking, is quite professional, friendly and extremely kind and, above all, very attentive and willing to fully satisfy the expectations and needs of the customers. By attending the beach one has the perception that it is a family-run business, and immediately, thanks to their affability and courtesy qualities, they make you feel like you're at home. In particular I appreciated the attention that is given to the serenity and safeguard of bathers, with a very discreet, imperceptible, but vigilant and constant, exercised control, as well as, obviously, for physical safety at sea, even among the umbrellas, essential to prevent inconveniences and be able to leave your things on the beach with confidence. Truly excellent, they certainly deserve praise.
