Bene, ora immaginatevi lo stesso sapore però rinnovato con moltissimi altri 'gusti'.
Tortelli con gusti molto particolari, ma che meritano di essere assaggiati.
Bellissimo il posto, rustico tipico di montagna caldo ed accogliente.
Titolare alla mano e molto gentile ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rustico, essenziale e di qualità. Gnocco friabile e leggero, ma soprattutto tortelli buonissimi. La pasta è saporita e ben tirata, i ripieni gustosi e intensi. Molto apprezzati quelli alla zucca, al cinghiale e ai porcini. Porzioni abbondanti. Il vino della casa lascia un po' a desiderare, ma si può rimediare con una bottiglia a scelta, ci sono diverse proposte interessanti. Caldamente consigliato ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non propriamente "di strada" ma merita assolutamente una deviazione.
La patria del tortello: dalle immancabili versioni classiche (di patate, verdi e di zucca) alle 3 specialità della settimana. Una sorpresa da scoprire di volta in volta. Ottimi anche il mascarpone e la torta di riso. Da provare.
Possibile anche acquistarli (e ordinarli) già pronti e congelati per ripetere l'esperienza comodamente a casa propria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il pranzo di oggi l'abbiamo passato da Tortelloterapia a Casina ed è stato normale. Abbiamo iniziato il pranzo con gnocco fritto e salume che è stato Molto Buono! Abbiamo proseguito mangiando 6 diversi tipi di tortelli e a parte quelli ai porcini e di erbette che sono stati Buonissimi, gli altri (patate,zucca,cinghiale e radicchio) non mi hanno fatto perdere la testa! Peccato! Sarà che partivo con delle aspettative Molto Alte! Ho dato 4 stelle solo perché il tiramisù è stato Sublime! Un fine pasto buonissimo, equilibrato xk non troppo dolce e neanche amaro. Il locale è piccolino ed il conto molto onesto! Tornerò per assaggiare i porcini fritti! ?
We passed today's lunch from Tortelloterapia to Casina and it was normal. We started the lunch with fried dumplings and salami which was Very Good! We continued eating 6 different types of tortelli and apart from those with porcini and herbs which were very good, the others (potatoes, pumpkin, wild boar and radicchio) did not make me lose my mind! Sin! Maybe I started with very high expectations! I only gave 4 stars because the tiramisu was Sublime! A very good, balanced end of meal xk not too sweet and not even bitter. The place is small and the bill very honest! I'll be back to taste the fried porcini! ?

Tiro molto buono e tortelli molto particolari.
Prezzo adeguato al tipo di esperienza. Sono rimasto contento
I had lunch with an appetizer made of fried gnocchi and raw ham, continuing with a first selection of mixed tortelli (six different types of tortello, three for each type) and ending with a rice cake.
Very good shot and very special tortelli.
