S	Simone Ollari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ristorante diverso… Luogo molto curato; sembra di essere nella loro casa privata… Il tutto a conduzione familiare lo rende ancora più intimo! Serata sbagliata da parte di noi commensali in quanto siamo arrivati con circa un ora di ritardo è un po’ troppo capannoni. Il personale ha gestito il tutto nel migliore dei modi.. Nonostante fossimo rimasti solo noi in tutta la sala la cucina è rimasta aperta secondo le nostre esigenze. Carta dei vini non troppo corposa, ma si possono trovare belle proposte fuori dal ordinario a prezzi molto onesti. Piatti buoni e materie prima di qualità lo rendono un classico ristorante di Parma.. Vale la visita A different restaurant ... Very well-kept place; it seems to be in their private home ... The family-run business makes it even more intimate! Wrong evening on the part of us diners as we arrived about an hour late is a bit too shed. The staff managed everything in the best way .. Although we were the only ones left in the whole room, the kitchen remained open according to our needs. Wine list not too full-bodied, but you can find beautiful proposals out of the ordinary at very fair prices. Good dishes and quality raw materials make it a classic restaurant in Parma .. It is worth the visit
G	Giada La Puccetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo venuti per un pranzo domenicale attratti dal ricco menù. Si trova in piena campagna, immersi nel verde e nella natura. È un presidio slow food che di per sé è già sinonimo di qualità riguardo al cibo. Sembra di mangiare a casa, posto conviviale e famigliare. Menu molto ricco. Il personale è davvero cordiale e gentile, abbiamo ordinato primo secondo e dolci. Anche del buon vino rosso, un lambrusco della casa. I prezzi sono in regola con la qualità e le porzioni sono abbondanti. Consiglio candidamente di provare i secondi con selvaggina (o con uova del loro pollaio) e i primi. Ho scorto dalla cucina un'anziana signora intenta a stendere la sfoglia e l'esperienza che si vive è proprio quella di un classico pranzo domenicale in famiglia. Sicuramente da ripetere. Ottimi i primi di pasta ma Ottima anche la punta ripiena, il coniglio al tartufo, e il cinghiale con la polenta (GODURIOSO!) la loro selezione di formaggi e come dolce provate assolutamente il loro zabaione con le visciole. Ci torneremo sicuramente perché vorremmo provare altri piatti e per l'esperienza che ci è stata regalata! We came for a Sunday lunch attracted by the rich menu. It is located in the countryside, surrounded by greenery and nature. It is a slow food presidium which in itself is already synonymous with quality regarding food. It feels like eating at home, a convivial and familiar place. Very rich menu. The staff is really friendly and kind, we ordered first second and desserts. Also good red wine, a house Lambrusco. The prices are in line with the quality and the portions are generous. I candidly recommend trying the main courses with game (or with eggs from their chicken coop) and the first courses. I saw from the kitchen an old lady intent on rolling out the dough and the experience you live is that of a classic Sunday family lunch. Definitely to be repeated. Excellent pasta dishes but also excellent stuffed tip, rabbit with truffles, and wild boar with polenta (GODURIOSO!) Their selection of cheeses and as a dessert try their zabaione with sour cherries. We will definitely be back because we would like to try other dishes and for the experience that was given to us!
