Avremmo aspettato un conto leggermente più basso, ma in fin dei conti, abbiamo passato una buona domenica pranzando qui. Grazie. The staff is very nice; the restaurant offers a typical welcoming tavern environment. The menu is quite limited, but the quality of the dishes is high. We would have expected a slightly lower bill, but ultimately, we had a good Sunday having lunch here. Thank you.

Una cucina della tradizione reggiana ma saggi slanci di creatività. Tra le paste tirate al mattarello... tutte molto dedicate, spicca quello che secondo me è il loro cavallo di battaglia... senza nulla togliere ai loro squisiti gnocchi di pane... e cioè le Tagliatelle Limone e Melissa. Piatti in genere ben presentati,mai banali, e sapori ben dosati. Trattoria in the Parma hinterland ... not far from Traversetolo, a well-kept place that pays attention to anti-covid rules; it is absolutely a must to taste their first courses in which spontaneous or aromatic herbs are wisely added. A cuisine of the Reggio tradition but wise leaps of creativity. Among the pasta rolled with a rolling pin ... all very dedicated, what I think is their strong point stands out ... without detracting from their exquisite bread gnocchi ... and that is the Tagliatelle Limone and Melissa. Dishes generally well presented, never banal, and well-balanced flavors.

Direttamente sulla strada statale che va da Traversetolo a Neviano, accanto ad un comodo parcheggio situato in una piazzetta. Non avendo prenotato, chiediamo la disponibilità di un tavolo per due persone. Immediatamente accontentati, il tempo di apparecchiare, ci fanno accomodare. Locale molto carino, pulito e accogliente. Veniamo serviti da una signora molto gentile che dopo il controllo divenuto di routine (green pass) ci lascia i menù e la lista dei vini. Su suo consiglio, optiamo per alcuni piatti fuori menù. Antipasto consistente in un biscotto fatto con farina di castagne, gorgonzola, parmigiano e prosciutto crudo. BUONISSIMO!!!!! Sapori ben bilanciati e materie prime di ottima qualità. Un primo consistente in gnocchi di pane con crema alle erbette e una pappardella con funghi pioppini. Ottimo sapore e piatti che oltre ad essere molto buoni e gustosi, sono anche giusti nelle porzioni e belli anche da vedere. Non sono un intenditore ne un grande bevitore di vini, per questo ho preso un po' di lambrusco della casa.... A me piaceva. Il contorno della giornata, lo ha gratuitamente fornito la signora che ciao ha accolto. Con la sua squisita gentilezza la simpatia e la sua avvertibile cordialità ci ha messo a nostro agio. Che dire, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto della competenza e della professionalità. Non c'ero mai stato prima ma di certo ci ritorneremo. Directly on the state road that goes from Traversetolo to Neviano, next to a convenient parking located in a small square. Not having booked, we ask for the availability of a table for two people. Immediately satisfied, the time to set the table, they make us sit. Very nice, clean and welcoming place. We are served by a very nice lady who after the check has become routine (green pass) leaves us the menus and the wine list. On his advice, we opt for some dishes off the menu. Appetizer consisting of a biscuit made with chestnut flour, gorgonzola, parmesan and raw ham. VERY GOOD!!!!! Well balanced flavors and high quality raw materials. A first course consisting of bread gnocchi with herb cream and a pappardella with pioppini mushrooms. Excellent flavor and dishes that in addition to being very good and tasty, are also right in portions and also beautiful to look at. I am not a connoisseur or a big wine drinker, so I took some of the house Lambrusco .... I liked it. The outline of the day was provided free of charge by the lady who welcomed bye. With his exquisite kindness, sympathy and his noticeable cordiality put us at ease. What can I say, I was very satisfied with the competence and professionalism. Naturalmente ci siamo buttati subito su un profumato piatto di affettati misti, tutti gustosi e abbondanti, ci siamo anche gustati un bel uovo d'anatra☺ Il menù ha una scelta di piatti della tradizione ma anche fiziosi e curiosi, secondo me tutti da provare. I dolci sono buonissimi!!!!???? Il dolce di patate è particolare e pure divertente. La signorina che ci ha servito simpaticissima con battuta pronta e divertente....decisamente una bella tappa gastronomica!!! A pleasant discovery!
