Delusione totale Premesso che il locale non porta più di 40 persone, arrivati alle 20:30 Il pseudo cameriere penso figlio del pizzaiolo prende l'ordine passano esattamente 1ora e 8 minuti dall'ordine prima che le pizze arrivino, tra cui 2 alla volta a distanza di 4 min uno dall'altro inconcepibile x una pizzeria così piccola e non aveva asporto.... Wird abends schnell voll, zum draußen sitzen ist eine Reservierung sinnvoll. Die Einrichtung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber wir waren ja für die Pizza da. Wir wussten nicht, dass der Besitzer einmal Weltmeister war, die Pizza war absolut überragend. 10 Euro Cover charge für 2 Personen allerdings sehr hoch, vielleicht war das der Touristenpreis. Empfehlung: großartige Pizza für 6 bis 8 Euro einfach zum mitnehmen bestellen. Found this pizzeria by chance due to the good reviews. Small terrace in front of the restaurant and some tables inside. Sito a Ciano lungo la provinciale che risale l'Enza, ha una buona dozzina di posti in distesa oltre all'accogliente interno. Non perdetevi la loro campionessa, la pizza STG, da disciplinare: li gli ingredienti sono al top e la semplicità esalta la qualita. Ha vinto il campionato del mondo della Pizza qualche anno fa e si vede nelle sue Pizze. Le mie preferite sono la STG ( specialità tradizionale garantita ) e la oro di Canossa. In più ha vari tipi di impasti tra cui l'eccellente impasto al basilico. Limoncino fatto in casa buonissimo. Scelta di Birre e Vini scarsa ma quando assaggerete la Pizza ve ne dimenticherete. Gentilezza e assoluta onestà completano l'opera. Staff service is not the fine dining kind of style but more like honest and direct which i am alright with, jist dont take it personally. I think it is better to either reserve a table OR take away. We ate there and cover charge was 5 € per person. I thinm we would take away the next time. Very limited parking infront of pizzeria. Maybe about 4 cars maximum. Simple country style interior design.
