★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fantastic tour and excellent explanation (in Italian) of the history of the castle by a volunteer who was very passionate about the details and the life of Matilde Di Canossa. I don’t know about information in English as we both speak Italian, however I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful historic site with the remnants of a medieval castle. The museum is small, so that the visit here takes about 25 min. That leaves enough time to take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding hills, villages and castles.
