★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saranno anche distributori ufficiali ma abbiamo ordinato delle batterie PANASONIC dal loro sito shop, pagato il materiale, ci avvisano dopo alcuni giorni che il materiale non è disponibile. Poi si affrettano a cancellare l'articolo e comunicano che la fabbrica produttrice è stata chiusa (ma da quando ? 2gg. ?). Perso una settimana di tempo e visto che il pagamento era stato fatto con PAYPAL potevano rimborsarlo subito invece di attendere e proporre alternative di batterie che non hanno nulla a che fare con le PANASONIC. Se vogliono commercializzare online dovrebbero gestire meglio l'aggiornamento negozio.
They will also be official distributors but we have ordered PANASONIC batteries from their shop site, paid for the material, they notify us after a few days that the material is not available. Then they hurry to cancel the article and communicate that the manufacturing plant has been closed (but since when? 2 days?). Having lost a week of time and seeing that the payment had been made with PAYPAL they could refund it immediately instead of waiting and proposing battery alternatives that have nothing to do with PANASONICs. If they want to market online they should handle the store upgrade better.
