Pessima esperienza nell'ordinare una torta di pasta di zucchero. Mi accordo con la proprietaria per preparare una torta di pasta di zucchero, solo la base. La proprietaria mi conferma che era troppo tardi per commissionare un'intera torta di cake design e che avrebbero fatto loro la base e io avrei pensato alle decorazioni. Tutto bene sino a che non specifico che avevo comprato le decorazioni online. Come tristemente fanno molti negozi tradizionali, alla sola parola online la situazione precipita e la pasticcera comincia a porre un sacco di condizioni. In ogni caso accetta di fare la base. Quando vado a ritirare la torta mi presenta una suola di scarpe veramente inguardabile, con lo sguardo beffardo mi dice "Visto? Le piace?" Alla mia osservazione che la torta era veramente bassa, mi risponde che non รจ possibile farle piรน alte. Poi si corregge e dice che ero io che non ero stata precisa (notare che le avevo mostrato una foto di come la volevo, piรน precisa di cosรฌ). Purtroppo sono andata a ritirarla troppo a ridosso della festa e ho dovuto comprarla per forza, altrimenti l'avrei lasciata lรฌ e ne avrei fatta una io, che veniva sicuramente meglio. Mi resta comunque il dubbio che siano veramente incapaci a fare torte di cake design. La torta era immangiabile, metร  della suola era pan di spagna e crema che si sono ridotti a poltiglia non appena abbiamo tagliato la torta, l'altra metร  era uno strato spessissimo di pasta di zucchero dolce sino alla nausea. Forse, invece di indispettirsi per i clienti che usano internet, farebbero meglio a usare loro internet per documentarsi su cosa sia il cake design. I negozi tradizionali non hanno capito che non possono proibire al cliente di guardarsi intorno sulla rete. Il mondo ormai รจ questo e sono loro a doversi adeguare. Hanno perso una cliente che abitava in zona e si era servita da loro parecchie volte. Farรฒ in modo, tra gli amici, che perdano quanti piรน clienti possibile. Allego una foto, notare che TUTTE le decorazioni le ho fatte io. Il loro lavoro รจ solo quella sottiletta di base rosa shocking. Orribile e immangiabile.
Very bad experience in ordering a sugar paste cake. I agree with the owner to make a sugar paste cake, just the base. The owner confirms to me that it was too late to commission an entire cake of cake design and that they would have made the base and I would have thought of the decorations. Everything was fine until I specifically bought the decorations online. Unfortunately I went to pick it up too close to the party and I had to buy it by force, otherwise I would have left it there and I would have made it myself, which was certainly better. I still doubt whether they are really unable to make cake design cakes. The cake was inedible, half of the sole was sponge cake and cream that were reduced to pulp as soon as we cut the cake, the other half was a very thick layer of sweet sugar paste until nausea. Perhaps, instead of getting upset about customers using the internet, they'd better use their internet to read up on what cake design is. Traditional shops have not understood that they cannot prohibit the customer from looking around the net. This is the world now and they have to adapt. They lost a client who lived in the area and had used them several times. I will make sure, among friends, that they lose as many customers as possible. I enclose a photo, note that I made ALL the decorations. Their work is just that base of shocking pink base. Horrible and inedible.

Il loro panettone e eccellente. Ricetta originale. Niente creme strane o sapori esotici. Come era una volta. Bravi... peccato stia per finire e non vivo a Milano.
Their panettone is excellent. Original recipe. No strange creams or exotic flavors. As it once was. Well done ... too bad it's going to end and I don't live in Milan.

Cordiale pasticceria a gestione familiare. Molto buona la biscotteria e ottima la torta con crema cotta e gocce di cioccolato, da provare. Buone anche le torte di compleanno. Tra i punti di forza la disponibilitร  nell'andare incontro al cliente anche nei casi di prenotazioni in corner.
Friendly family-run patisserie. The biscuits are very good and the cake with cooked cream and chocolate chips is excellent, to try. Birthday cakes are also good. Among the strengths is the willingness to meet the customer even in the case of corner bookings.

Il loro รจ senz'altro uno dei migliori panettoni di Milano! Giusta morbidezza, ottima fragranza, "profumo di buono", non particolarmente dolce cosรฌ da non coprire il sapore dell'impasto, canditi morbidi e dai sapori ben definiti (buccia d'arancia, uvetta etc) ..... in poche parole >!!
Their is undoubtedly one of the best panettone in Milan! Right softness, excellent fragrance, "good scent", not particularly sweet so as not to cover the flavor of the dough, soft candied fruit with well-defined flavors (orange peel, raisins, etc.) ..... in a nutshell > !!

Sono tornato ad acquistare i panettoni per questo Natale 2021... Mai piรน!!!! Panettone Sacher orrendo, impasto asciutto e secco sembrava vecchio di mesi, nei punti dove era presente la marmellata stomachevole. Panettone Classico, secco con un colore bianco pallido all'interno ma il burro l'avete messo? Le uova? Ma cosa diavolo รจ successo, cambiate pasticcere

I'm a cake slayer... I'm tormenting the cake... There are no good photos, but one of the best. The technique is good. it is delicious. This cake, which is the best among them, made the cream puff ball huge. I ate it all up, but I started with the whipped cream and fresh strawberries on top. I remember how delicious it was. haha

It can be seen as expensive until you taste and realise what did you pay for. Panetone allo sacher was amazing but the traditional is my favourite. The best pasticeria in Milan!
