★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho mandato una mail tre giorni fa e non ho ancora ricevuto risposta, li chiamo da due giorni ma pare che nessuno possa rispondere al telefono. Sarà anche un negozio storico ma io in 24 ore, dopo averlo ordinato on-line, riceverò ciò che cercavo a casa, con buona pace di chi esorta gli italiani a comperare nei negozi fisici.
 I sent an email three days ago and have not yet received a reply, I have been calling them for two days but no one seems to be able to answer the phone. It will also be a historic shop but in 24 hours, after ordering it online, I will receive what I was looking for at home, with the peace of mind of those who urge Italians to buy in physical stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto che mi hanno inizialmente chiesto 25 euro per riparare un telecomando che nuovo costa 30 euro (riparazione che richiedeva si e no 10 min e 4 punti di saldatura) cosa che comunque non sono a contestare in quanto ognuno e libero di applicare i prezzi che ritiene più idonei, sono con spiacere a evidenziare la saccenza e la consapevole maleducazione dell'addetto alle riparazioni.
Stavo forse parlando con Nikola Tesla??
Un vero peccato considerando che stiamo parlando di un negozio storico di Milano, molto ben fornito dove ho sempre incontrato persone gentili e competenti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi consigliano la riparazione di una mia vecchia radio dicendomi che i costi di riparazione mediamente non superano le 100 / 150€ , lascio un acconto di 30€ (la ricevuta e’ un pezzo di carta)per avere un preventivo più dettagliato.Vengo contattato la sera e con mia sorpresa mi viene detto che il costo di riparazione è di 800€. Ottimo sistema per fotterti 30€ oltretutto senza scontrino!!!!
