★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was terrible, I wasted 25 minutes just being sent back and forth between one guy who could speak English and the other who could do the job. In the end they told me what I was looking for wasn't available, I wonder why it took them 25 minutes of stressing me to tell me that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security staff gave me an information that showed up to be inaccurate. Technical staff gave me little and slow, but accurate information. At the checkout I was denied a cash refund for the product about which I had been previously misinformed, as a person working there told me it was needed to buy something no less expensive to substitute it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely recommend this place for everyone to buy electronic items as they give you a price that you cant bargain. The ambience and the location of the place is also so good, like its right below the station. The salesman are also very helpful and fast in approaching and helping you. I bought my mobile, headphones and I have to say it was one heck of a deal . They always provide offers so be on the check and grab the things you want at the right time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude employees… well… let’s face it, it’s Italy. Most people are insanely rude and have no idea what ‘generosity’ and ‘politeness’ are. I arrived at that store searching for a product and the attendant was so frickn rude! He was all stressed at 10:30 am. While I asked him to search for the correct price of my product he was all upset because the computer didn’t work and just stood there waiting for me to give up (gladly I didn’t). While I waited.. many other people asked for his help and he refused to help cause it’s was not his section (in the rudest possible way). I don’t understand what the hell is wrong with these ungrateful people. Oh… also… the price online is totally different from the store price. That’s just ridiculous. If it were a slight difference I’d understand, but I bought the same product at their online store for 35€ and at the store it costed 50€. Surreal!
