 Upon my arrival I found work in progress, in the future it will be (I hope) more pleasing to the eye. The real plus of this place are the salt flats, a truly remarkable visual impact

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Et rigtig flot område hvor der udvindes salt. Bestemt et besøg værd. Vi købte en rundvisning på salt museet hvor vi fik historien om salt udvinding gennem historien. På museet var det alle de redskaber der er blevet brugt gennem tiden til udvinding af salt samt til at pumpe vand mellem bassinerne.
A really nice area where salt is extracted. Definitely worth a visit. We bought a tour of the salt museum where we got the story of salt extraction through history. At the museum, it was all the tools that have been used over time to extract salt as well as to pump water between the basins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Torre di avvistamento del 1620. Assieme a molte altre torri del litorale fu costruita su progetto dell'architetto Camilliano. La torre, il cui nome deriva dal luogo in cui si trova era conosciuta anche come torre Castro, dal nome del Conte di Castro, vicerè fino al 1622.
Watchtower from 1620. Together with many other towers along the coast, it was built to a design by the Camillian architect. The tower, whose name derives from the place where it is located, was also known as the Castro tower, from the name of the Count of Castro, viceroy until 1622.
