Ad un uomo non si sa mai cosa poter regalare e la collezione non mi ispirava inizialmente; finché lui spiegando e gestendo una serie di domande botta e risposta, è stato in grado di consigliarmi due/tre capi che potessero in qualche modo rendermi soddisfatta.
Il risultato, dopo una bella mezz’ora in cui ha avuto estrema pazienza, è stato un acquisto che ha soddisfatto pienamente i gusti del ragazzo a cui ho fatto il regalo. Complimenti a questo ragazzo che sa fare il suo lavoro! Tenetevelo stretto, perché per le clienti difficili come me, è una salvezza!
 Alberto is mythical. I was looking for something for a birthday. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beh la qualità di TH non si discute. Ma volevo segnalare la gentilezza e la disponibilità del Sig. Paolo, un ragazzo giovane, (negozio Galleria Borromea di Peschiera Borromeo). Affabile, senza essere invadente è molto disponibile. Un pullover, visto che non era disponibile la taglia in negozio, lui si è attivato chiedendo in più negozi, pur di accontentare il cliente. Un impegno del genere non è da tutti, tra l'altro di domenica mattina. Bravo e grazie ancora.

Quando rientra tiene la mascherina sul mento per tutto il tempo in cui ci serve. Cerco SEI articoli che ho visto sul sito, ma non ce n' è nemmeno uno. Nemmeno simili. Invece che scusarsi, si mostra seccata e mi dice di comprarli online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le vendeur n'est pas du tout courtois..il était agacé car les casquettes ont été essayé alors que les personnes étaient de potentiels acheteurs il a perdu une belle vente quand il a demandé de ne pas toucher aux vêtements. Il devrait revoir sa copie.
The seller is not at all courteous.. he was annoyed because the caps were tried on when the people were potential buyers. He lost a good sale when he asked not to touch the clothes. He should revise his copy.
