Sono davvero molto contenta
My phone broke and I had to leave the next day, they were really very kind and even if they didn't, they sent the screen from another shop of theirs to repair my phone the same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a loro per la sostituzione del pannello del video del portatile e per altoparlante del cellulare. Premetto che in altro posto per altoparlante del cellulare mi avevano detto che bisognava cambiare la scheda per una spesa di 140 euro. Da loro il buon Alessandro dopo averlo aperto ha verificato i contatti e come d'incanto tutto tornato alla normalità. Per il PC sostituito pannello con una spesa contenuta. Consigliato

I state that in another place for the speaker of the cell phone they told me that you had to change the card for a cost of 140 euros. Ho portato il telefono per far cambiare il vetro e la prima volta hanno sbagliato ad ordinarlo, la seconda volta era bollato e la terza volta (che sembrava quella buona) mi hanno tirato via e cambiato il displey, parte il fatto che si vedeva tutto con colori sbiaditi apro la fotocamera frontale e non si vede nulla! Domani torno per la 4854 volta dato che hanno voluto 75 euro
Terrible. I brought the phone to have the glass changed and the first time they ordered it wrong, the second time it was stamped and the third time (which looked good) they pulled me away and changed the display, apart from the fact that you could see everything with faded colors I open the front camera and nothing is seen! Tomorrow I'll be back for the 4854 time since they wanted 75 euros

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'esperienza non molto positiva mi ha insegnato che il cliente dovrebbe sempre chiedere bene cosa vuole ma il professionista dovrebbe essere piu collaborativo e accertarsi bene sul lavoro da fare senza dare nulla per scontato.
The not very positive experience has taught me that the client should always ask well what he wants but the professional should be more collaborative and make sure of the work to be done without taking anything for granted.
