After bad experiences around my home, I discovered Top Programs. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' da quasi 20 anni che sono cliente della Top Programs per tutto quanto riguarda i miei computer, hardware e software, e quindi credo di essere abbastanza qualificato per esprimere un giudizio.
Bene, in questi anni non ho mai avuto nulla da lamentare, mentre invece ho sempre apprezzato le qualità di Claudio Giovanelli: costante e rigoroso rispetto del suo impegno" Qualsiasi intervento viene eseguito entro 24 ore ",, rara competenza in tutti i settori della sua attività, comprensione delle esigenze dei clienti e di quanto è per loro più adatto,assoluta onestà sia nei consigli riguardanti gli acquisti e nella loro eventuale attuazione sia nei costi delle sue prestazioni. L'unico aspetto negativo è l'ubicazione del laboratorio, un po'fuori mano, ma ovviamente è questo un prezzo molto, molto modesto per poter usufruire degli aspetti positivi su accennati ( e poi c'è un tram che, dal centro, si ferma a pochi passi dalla Top Programs! ).

I have been a customer of Top Programs for almost 20 years for everything regarding my computers, hardware and software, and therefore I believe I am qualified enough to make an opinion.
Well, in recent years I have never had anything to complain about, while instead I have always appreciated the qualities of Claudio Giovanelli: constant and rigorous respect for his commitment "Any intervention is carried out within 24 hours", rare competence in all areas of his activities, understanding the needs of customers and what is most suitable for them, absolute honesty both in advice regarding purchases and their possible implementation and in the costs of its services. The only negative is the location of the laboratory, a little out of the way, but obviously this is a very, very modest price to take advantage of the positive aspects mentioned above (and then there is a tram that, from the center, stops a few steps from the Top Programs!).
