★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato qualche settimana fa in agenzia e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dalla loro serietà e dal modo di lavorare e di proporre le varie case in vendita. Ero principalmente interessato ad una casa con 3 vani.
Ho trovato gli agenti immobiliari di Gabetti molto preparati e subito disponibili a trovare insieme a me la soluzione ideale in base alle mie esigenze. Per questa motivazione, posso parlarne bene e consigliarvi di dare un’occhiata alle loro proposte, dato che sono realmente interessanti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco professionali: sono impreparati, poco educati, e non richiamano subito dopo la richiesta di contatto; la descrizione dell'appartamento non è completa e soprattutto non corrisponde alla realtà (in italiano per "ultimo piano" si intende ultimo per davvero, non con una mansarda al di sopra!) -Il mio interesse è rivolto solo agli ultimi piani - Non avrei mai telefonato se fosse stato subito chiaro che non si trattava effettivamente dell'ultimo piano.
Non danno appuntamenti in tempi brevi, e in più dopo averlo fissato, richiamano pure per spostarlo ulteriormente per le loro comodità..
Se si deve pagare salato l'intermediazione di una agenzia, il professionista deve comportarsi come tale, con serietà, fin già descrivendo nell'inserzione informazioni precise, e il cliente dovrebbe sempre essere trattato come un cliente, con rispetto. Non si parla di caramelle, ma dell'acquisto di una casa, con soldi sudati, e di appuntamenti fissati incastrati in mezzo ad impegni di lavoro.
Unprofessional: they are unprepared, uneducated, and do not call back immediately after the contact request; the description of the apartment is not complete and above all it does not correspond to reality (in Italian for "top floor" means last for real, not with an attic above!) -My interest is aimed only at the top floors - I would not never phoned if it was immediately clear that it was not actually the top floor.
They do not give appointments quickly, and moreover, after having fixed it, they also call back to move it further for their comfort.
If you have to pay high for the intermediation of an agency, the professional must behave as such, with seriousness, already describing precise information in the advertisement, and the client should always be treated as a client, with respect. We are not talking about candy, but about buying a house, with hard-earned money, and about fixed appointments stuck in the middle of work commitments.
