Avevo lo scorso semestre la necessità di cambiare appartamento, poichè era diventato , per esigenze personali, troppo piccolo. Così , dopo avere fatto stimare il mio appartamento , mi avevano consigliato delle strategie per raggiungere l’obiettivo vendita. Sono sempre stato scettico sulle agenzie, troppo alti i costi e troppo approfittatori gli agenti pensavo, perché sempre in zona ho avuto brutte esperienze in passato. Loro mi hanno fatto ricredere su tutto!Ho seguito tali consigli ; alla fine sono riuscito a vendere il mio bilo ad un prezzo che non mi sarei mai immaginato in 3 giorni.Non è tutto: ho potuto comprare con il prezzo ricavato dalla prima vendita un appartamento più grande. Ancora oggi quando mi capita passo a trovarli! Non hanno acquisito una sola casa ma un cliente che parlerà sempre bene di loro !Bravi ragazzi
One of my favorite real estate agencies. Here is my experience. Last year I needed to change apartment, because it had become, for personal needs, too small. So, after getting my apartment valued, they advised me on strategies to reach the sales target. I have always been skeptical about the agencies, the costs too high and the agents too profiteers I thought, because always in the area I had bad experiences in the past. They made me think again about everything! I followed these tips; in the end I managed to sell my bilo at a price I would never have imagined in 3 days. That's not all: I could buy a bigger apartment with the price from the first sale. Even today when I happen to find them! They have not acquired a single home but a client who will always speak well of them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto modo di conoscere questi ragazzi una sera mentre bussavano alla mia porta facendo promozione di appartamenti. All'inizio sono stato con loro molto scontroso perche' spesso ci sono agenti che a qualsiasi ora chiamano o bussano. Loro pero' hanno avuto un approccio con me differente, sono stati pazienti ed abbiamo avuto modo di dialogare. Ho esternato loro la volonta' di avere una casa con ascensore simile alla mia, così da poter valutare di vendere la mia per comprarne un'altra. Hanno sposato la causa e nel giro di qualche mese hanno aiutato la concretizzazione di questo mio desiderio, vendendo la mia e trovandone un'altra. Complimenti allo staff!
I got to know these guys one night as they were knocking on my door promoting apartments. At first I was very grumpy with them because often there are agents who call or knock at any time. But they had a different approach with me, they were patient and we had the opportunity to talk. I expressed to them the desire to have a house with a lift similar to mine, so that I could consider selling mine to buy another one. They married the cause and within a few months they helped make this my wish, selling mine and finding another. Congratulations to the staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Continue chiamate, nonostante i ripetuti inviti a non chiamare più, sul cellare personale e anche sul numero dell'ufficio nonostante quest'ultimo numero sia nuovo e mai stato fornito. Tutto ciò fa pensare a comportamenti ai limiti dello stalking.
