Il signor Arpini aveva sottoscritto una proposta d’acquisto nella quale il prezzo offerto era inferiore a quanto richiesto dal proprietario, il quale aveva conferito all’Immobiliare De Sanctis regolare incarico di vendita (che lo stesso signor Arpini ha potuto visionare). Come da prassi abbiamo immediatamente comunicato al proprietario le condizioni della proposta d’acquisto e da subito il proprietario ha risposto che avrebbe accettato se il prezzo offerto fosse stato quello da lui richiesto. Comunicato ciò al signor Arpini, quest’ultimo ci ribadiva che la sua offerta rimaneva invariata e noi suggerivamo di attendere in quanto la decisione del proprietario avrebbe potuto cambiare o di offrire il prezzo pieno, nel qual caso la proposta sarebbe stata accettata. Il signor Arpini era d’accordo a seguire questa linea. Nel frattempo dei conoscenti del vicino del proprietario, saputo che l’immobile era stato messo in vendita, manifestavano allo stesso proprietario la volontà di voler acquistare l’appartamento al prezzo da lui richiesto e lo stesso proprietario ci comunicava la sua volontà a voler vendere l’appartamento a questi ultimi. Informato della situazione il signor Arpini si offriva di portare anche lui il prezzo offerto a quanto richiesto dal proprietario, purtroppo però ormai la decisione di quest’ultimo non cambiava (legittimamente). Pur dispiacendoci riteniamo, come mediatori, di non esserci comportati in modo scorretto. Concretamente dopo l'atto non sono per nulla utili: aiuto per volture degli allacciamenti, e servizio post chiusura del contratto. Fanno fare sopralluoghi a gente straniera e manco sanno parlare in inglese con loro. Sono stato molto deluso.
