Mi hanno accompagnato per tutta la durata della compravendita con professionalità e attenzione. Sinceramente coi loro consigli, mi hanno permesso, in due occasioni, di risparmiare. La prima, segnalandomi un preventivo troppo alto su dei lavori, offrendomi una valida alternativa. La seconda, praticamente a ridosso del rogito, evitandomi trafile burocratiche, per farmi rilasciare un documento, richiesto per scrupolo dal notaio. Tale documento infatti mi è stato procurato direttamente da loro, facendomi risparmiare oltre ai soldi anche il tempo. Ottimo anche il consiglio sulla modalità di pagamento, mi sono sentito tutelato fino alla fine. I wanted to do this review, because I really enjoyed it. L’agente immobiliare, non so per quale motivo non si è dimostrato in grado di riuscire a farmi visionare l’appartamento in questione che al momento risultava ancora disponibile, pur avendo promesso di ricontattarmi in seguito, perchè in quel specifico lasso di tempo non poteva. Alla fine di tutto, dopo diversi giorni di attesa scopro che l’appartamento era stato gia’ venduto. Bastava anche solo un messaggio senza fare perdere tempo in inutili inseguimenti!
