★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo negozio anche se centrale. Ho acquistato un cellulare mentre mi trovavo a Milano, lo scorso aprile per una persona anziana. Fin da subito ha dato problemi il caricabatterie.L'ho riportato in negozio con la garanzia a giugno e ho chiesto alla persona che lo ha ritirato se dovessi consegnare anche la base caricabatteria.Lei l'ha presa solo per verificare al momento che non caricava poi ha spedito da solo il telefono in AT a Napoli presso la ALBYTEL sede di Napoli dove è stato più di 3 mesi in AT.Alla sede di Milano non rispondono al telefono.Avrò fatto 5 chiamate alla sede di Napoli anche per vedere lo stato del prodotto e dicevano in lavorazione.Sono stata a ritirarlo da poco e loro NON hanno fatto altro.
Per fortuna ha capito un amico cosa non andava ed è riuscito a farmelo recuperare.Le commesse sono poco preparate, scortesi tutt'altro che professionali come dicono...meglio trovarsi un altro negozio
Bad shop even if central. I bought a cellphone while I was in Milan last April for an elderly person. The charger gave problems right away, I took it back to the shop with the warranty in June and asked the person who collected it if I should also hand over the charger base, she only took it to check at the moment that it was not charging then he sent by himself the telephone in AT in Naples at the ALBYTEL office in Naples where he was more than 3 months in the AT. At the Milan office they do not answer the phone. I have made 5 calls to the Naples office also to see the status of the product and they said in process. I have been to pick it up recently and they have NOT done anything else.
Luckily a friend understood what was wrong and was able to make me recover it.The orders are poorly prepared, rude and anything but professional as they say ... better find another shop
