★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un bel negozio seppure un po’ strettino.. quindi ogni tanto regna la confusione. Prezxi e qualita’ buona! Il personale a volte e’ simpaticamente pasticcione!!!
 A nice shop even if a little tight… so sometimes confusion reigns. Prezxi and good quality! The staff is sometimes bumbling !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi mi hanno fatto incavolare abbastanza.Qualche giorno fa sono andata a comprare un leghins e volevo pagare con la giftcard (regalo di Natale).Al momento del pagamento i loro sistemi non accettavano le Gifts (affermavano che non era la prima volta che capitava) pertanto le commesse mi hanno proposto di tenermi da parte l articolo fino alla risoluzione del problema .Oggi ho chiamato lo store e la stessa ragazza con la quale avevo parlato mi ha detto che la problematica sulle Gifts è stato risolto. Ho mandato il mio compagno a ritirare l articolo ed una volta in loco è saltato fuori il fatto che è stato venduto.Ovvimente hanno finito il modello da me scelto in saldo. Rimango ora con la sola certezza di aver buttato benzina e tempo per andare avanti e indietro.Spero di non ricevere più come regalo le gift zuiki ???
Today they pissed me off quite a bit. A few days ago I went to buy a leghins and I wanted to pay with the giftcard (Christmas present). At the time of payment their systems did not accept Gifts (they said it wasn't the first time this happened) therefore the orders asked me to keep the article aside until the problem was resolved. Today I called the store and the same girl I spoke to told me that the problem on the Gifts has been solved. I sent my partner to collect the item and once on site it turned out that it was sold. Now I am left with the only certainty that I have thrown away petrol and time to go back and forth. I hope I will no longer receive the zuiki gifts as a gift ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da quando il personale e' cambiato, non e' piu' come prima....il buongiorno se saluti per prima, chiedi e la risposta e' "tutto fuori"...e spesso visiti il negozio e ti senti trasparente perché nemmeno ti vedono.....
Since the staff changed, it's not like before .... good morning if you say hello first, ask and the answer is "all out" ... and you often visit the shop and you feel transparent because not even they see you .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di stamattina lo trovavo un negozio abbastanza gradevole , con commesse disponibili. Ma questa mattina come dicevo prima , ho trovato commesse arroganti e per niente inclini a far si che acquistassi qualcosa. Hanno cambiato le solite , e queste nuove non sono per niente adatte a stare a contatto con il pubblico . Ne sono uscita senza acquistare niente .

Purtroppo devo riassumere un cattivissima esperienza, a causa dell arroganza e poca capacità di risoluzione dei problemi della commessa responsabile. A causa di una cattiva comunicazione tra punto vendita e negozio on line, non mi hanno consentito di ritirare il pacco arrivato ormai da giorni, dandomi motivazioni poco intelligenti, cioè che potevo non essere io ad aver fatto l'ordine, nonostante avessi doc d'identità e mail di ordine effettuato. Dopo miei solleciti mi hanno consentito il ritiro il 7 gennaio...che altro dire?
