★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonissima pizza con ingredienti di estrema qualità, si percepisce immediatamente. Ancora più apprezzabile ed esaltante nei giorni di minor affollamento, ancora più alveolata e digeribile.
Da provare assolutamente anche la frittata napoletana di pasta (fritta): semplicemente divina e così buona l'ho mangiata solo qui!
Servizio impeccabile, molto gentili e disponibili. Bella anche la location esterna in strada, dove è possibile mangiare la pizza in un bel vicolo storico tra arte e luci calde (speriamo per tanto ancora, purtroppo gli orrendi led freddi avanzano inesorabili a rovinare ogni borgo antico).
Molto apprezzata anche la musica di sottofondo di Pino Daniele, aiuta parecchio a rilassarsi, senza mai essere invadente (come spesso capita altrove).
Gentili anche con la mia fedele bionda compagna a 4 zampe, Nebbia!
Ci sono tornato più e più volte qui con estremo piacere.

 Very good pizza with ingredients of extreme quality, it is immediately perceived. Even more appreciable and exciting in the days of less crowding, even more alveolate and digestible.
Also absolutely worth trying is the Neapolitan pasta omelette (fried): simply divine and so good I only ate it here!
Impeccable service, very kind and helpful. The outdoor location in the street is also beautiful, where it is possible to eat pizza in a beautiful historic alley between art and warm lights (we hope for much more, unfortunately the horrible cold LEDs advance inexorably to ruin every ancient village).
The background music by Pino Daniele is also very popular, it helps a lot to relax, without ever being intrusive (as often happens elsewhere).
Also kind to my faithful blonde 4-legged companion, Nebbia!
I have been back here over and over again with great pleasure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza buona, come anche i fritti , menzione speciale per la frittatina di pasta. locale molto carino curato nei dettagli. Personale gentile. Occhio, prenotate sempre perché c'è molta fila e usano fare i turni.
Good pizza, as well as fried, special mention for the pasta omelette. very nice place with attention to detail. Friendly staff. Beware, always book because there is a lot of queue and they use shifts.

Qualche dubbio sulla consistenza: la base-pizza risulta un po' gommosa in bocca, non sempre è facile da masticare. Ma i condimenti sono deliziosi, ingredienti ottimamente equilibrati e di ottima qualità. Buona anche la scelta delle birre. Ottimi i dolci!!! Personale perfetto, cortese e preciso, disponibile. Prezzi buoni, ripeto: la qualità è alta.
Beautiful venue, book early. ASK FOR THE GREEN PASS !!! GOOD! The pizza menu is excellent. Some doubts about the consistency: the pizza base is a bit chewy in the mouth, it is not always easy to chew. But the toppings are delicious, excellently balanced ingredients and of excellent quality. The choice of beers is also good. Excellent desserts !!! Perfect staff, courteous and precise, helpful. Good prices, I repeat: the quality is high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good location for dining outside on the beautiful streets of Galatina. The pizzas and chips were good (GF base is one of the best I have had in Puglia) but I must say the service was very bad which ruined the whole evening! After ordering we had to wait for over 1 hour. When the pizzas finally arrived, they got one of the orders wrong - so had to wait even longer. The waitresses did not show any signs of remorse! I would avoid this place if you like to experience a good standard of service and do not want to wait around all night wondering where your food is!
