A diamond restaurant in a historic spot! This restaurant was a beautiful surprise while visiting enchanting Puglia. The food was traditional italian with an epicurian perfection to every plate, just like the restaurant itself. A beautiful 150 year old building that has old world charm, yet modern warm invitation. It used to be a leather product making facility. You can feel and almost hear the history of this grand structure. Realllly cool idea and atmosphere. Our waiter Cosimo was very friendly and made us feel at home. I highly recommend the spaghetti alla conceria. OH MY GOD, it was one of the best pastas I've ever had; ever! 'Al dente' to perfection. My friend had the 'Pizza Magda' with canaba which is hemp flour. It actually tasted way better than normal white flour and is obviously healthier. What an excellent option for a pizza choice. I later had the 'filetto di manzo al negro amaro' cooked in negro amaro wine which was the kind of exquisite meat you would find in a luxurious steak house. Incredibly delicious! Everyone was friendly; and both tourists and local families seemed genuinely comfortable and happy to be there. I feel like I found a diamond because the atmosphere, architecture, hospitality and of course the food was so amazing; and especially for those prices! Very inexpensive and affordable. If you visit Lecce, Gallipoli, or any Puglia city, please try this restaurant 'La Conceria' in Galatina! It is excellent quality!!! I'm going again for sure tomorrow before I leave Puglia. Looking forward to trying other dishes and feeling the genuine hospitality of these lovely Puglia people :-)

This restaurant is fantastic. Not only the place itself is incredibly charming and beautiful, the menu is so good that the biggest problem is to decide what to have. Incredible attention by staff incuding a table visit from the owner himself, Luigi, who greeted us and made us feel at home immediately. A must try, I can't wait to go again.

This is without a doubt the best pizza in the entire region! The setting amidst the lemon trees in the garden or in the front courtyard is welcoming and cozy. Inside the decor looks like something out of Brooklyn with an industrial chic style. Luigi and his sister are the kindest owners and really care about the quality of their food and customer satisfaction. Luigi sat at our table and visited with many of the other guests. The menu is really creative and has tons of innovative kinds of pizza. There is also pasta, salads and other regional dishes. The beer is also outstanding. Highly recommended!

Amazing restaurant to meet friends. No matter what they wanna eat, Conceria's got it. I fully like their pizza ? whatever dough, whatever filling you wish. But if you can't decide which is best, they'll bring you an extra menu for extra topping pizza. ? If you're on a diet, they've got it. Salads, grilled chicken.. If you're intolerant, they've got it. Gluten free, lactose free.. cheers!

Food is good and plentiful! The place looks really nice and service was very good. The deserts are disappointing but the rest of the food was top!

I’ve been to La Conceria. Had pizza and mixed grill. They were delicious. One of the best pizza and grills I had. To add on that. I loved the garden, very natural and cozy. Same for the interior. It’s beautiful and perfect for large gatherings. The staff is very hospitable and effective. Food comes fast and very tasty. Finally the prices are perfect fit for the potion and taste.

One of the (not so) hidden gems in Galatina. Modern place with a spacious garden with orange trees. Very reasonable prices, good quality local food and sumptuous servings. Attentive service and very welcoming owner.

10/10 Best place in Galatina. Other then great food, they are the only one restaurant with "english speaking" staff and english menu in Galatina. Luigi and rest of the staff are so friendly. Don’t hesitate to go there, just go and enjoy ???
