Le materie prime, gli abbinamenti opportunamente studiati e bilanciati trovano in bocca l'esplosione del piacere di una cucina locale e di altissima qualità. Grazie per l'esperienza che sicuramente ripeteremo a breve. Last night our palate was literally delighted and satisfied with fish dishes cooked with care and research. Auch die Osteria mit ihrer kleinen, feinen Karte ist toll, wenn auch preislich sehr hart an der Schmerzgrenze. Darüber hinaus wirkt der Agriturismo (haben drei Nächte dort verbracht) leider ungepflegt und heruntergekommen, so, als ob seine besten Tage schon seit längerem vorbei wären. Sehr schade, in dieser Lage und mit dieser Aussicht könnte man mit etwas liebevollerer Führung wirklich mehr für Individualreisende machen! So lädt die Atmosphäre dort leider nicht wirklich zum Wohlfühlen ein. The location and the enchanting beach below are great, that's what you get the points for. The Osteria with its small, fine menu is also great, even if the price is very close to the pain limit. In addition, the agriturismo (we spent three nights there) unfortunately looks neglected and run down, as if its best days were over for a long time. It's a shame, in this location and with this view you could really do more for individual travelers with a little more loving guidance! Unfortunately, the atmosphere there doesn't really invite you to feel good.

L'impatto iniziale, dovuto però alla natura circostante è di grande effetto, ma soggiornare per più di un giorno diventa sgradevole. La guida assolutamente incompetente ed incapace, del tutto ignorante su uno dei prodotti principali che le isole Eolie possono offrire, la malvasia. Una delusione assoluta non lo consiglierei al mio peggior nemico. Inoltre sto ancora aspettando la ricevuta che doveva essere inviata per email. Malvasia tasting A bad tasting. Siamo arrivati con un cospicuo ritardo, ma la sommelier Maurizia ci ha comunque accolto con il sorriso. Visita alle vigne con una vista meravigliosa e alla cantina di vinificazione, degustazione dei due vini e piccolo abbinamento con formaggi locali. Tutto perfetto! Dopo la degustazione ci siamo anche fermati all'agriturismo dove lo chef Filippo ci ha servito piatti preparati con pesce freschissimo di giornata! Una mezza giornata rilassante, istruttiva e molto gustosa! He knew the Malvasia di Punta Aria, as it was tasted during fairs, and I was really curious to know the place where this nectar is produced. After the tasting we also stopped at the farmhouse where chef Filippo served us dishes prepared with the freshest fish of the day! A relaxing, informative and very tasty half day!
