Presentazione ed estetica del piatto semplice, la masticabilità delle pietanze, alcuni esempi: dalla polpetta, al crostini, la panzanella , l'uovo in tripla, la pasta, é sempre piacevole e studiata e azzeccata, mai troppo mai in difetto, buono tutto davvero, complimenti ai cuochi. L'ambiente è accogliente, giusto un poco rumoroso quando il locale si riempie. I piatti sono deliziosi e le porzioni buone. Consiglio vivamente di assaggiare l'antipasto misto della casa, poi concedetevi un ottimo primo come l'amatriciana. I prezzi sono buoni e lo staff gentile e disponibile. Detto questo, ci eravamo ripromessi di provare Tinello e Mentuccia "in loco" non appena ci fosse stata occasione. Così una domenica ci siamo regalati un pranzo da loro e siamo rimasti d'accordo con la prima impressione: bravissimi. Bella location dove gustare piatti della tradizione romanesca ben eseguiti e con un servizio cortese, attento e preparato, hanno fatto centro! Trattati veramente bene e con anche un gesto di cortesia al momento del conto. Lo voglio citare perché oggi non è una cosa scontata, avevo segnalato alla proprietaria una piccola imprecisione riguardo un dolce, più per parlare che per lamentarmi, e lei ha quindi ritenuto di offrirmelo. Innegabilmente questo conferma quanto detto e aggiungo: quì si lavora bene ed è tutto perfetto bravi, bravi, bravi! Cameriere molto carino, disponibile e chiaro nell'esposizione del menu. Ampissima scelta di cucina romana..consiglio vivamente i fritti di verdura, il carciofo alla giudia e i primi piatti di fettuccine fatte a mano. Ottimo anche il tiramisù con i savoiardi fatti in casa. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, unico neo, il vino della casa veramente scadente.
