★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. Ho ordinato un medicinale urgente ma la signora bionda attempata ha avuto la brillante idea di venderlo ad un altro cliente, così mi sono attaccato al Ca**o. Se non sapete lavorare date il cambio a qualcuno più giovane e voglioso.
Bad service. I ordered an urgent medicine but the elderly blonde lady had the brilliant idea of selling it to another customer, so I stuck to the Ca ** o. If you don't know how to work, change to someone younger and more eager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per quanto riguarda il personale, in primis le donne potrebbero e dovrebbero migliorare i rapporti con i clienti, specie quelli più assidui come il sottoscritto. Ritirando dei prodotti, ho pagato tutto con i soldi "spicci" e mancavano solo 5 centesimi (CINQUE...!!!) x raggiungere la cifra, altrimenti avrei potuto pagare senza problemi con la banconota da 50 euro. A quel punto, la farmacista bionda "attempata" ha pensato bene di rispondermi "I 5 centesimi me li porti la prossima volta...! Tanto ci devi tornare prima o poi no?!?!"...VERGOGNOSO!! La giovane farmacista mora, invece, una sera che necessitavo di una scatola di fiale (con ricetta al seguito!) ma purtroppo avevo, nella fretta, scordato il portafogli a casa, non me la volle consegnare, sebbene avrei pagato tutto l'indomani mattina e mi conoscessero ormai da anni...con la puzza sotto al naso sarebbe meglio non stare a contatto con i clienti...

Withdrawing products, I paid everything with "quick" money and only 5 cents were missing (FIVE ... !!!) x to reach the figure, otherwise I could have paid without problems with the 50 euro bill. At that point, the "elderly" blonde pharmacist thought to answer me "The 5 cents bring them to me the next time ...! So you have to come back sooner or later not?!?!" ... SHAME !! The young pharmacist, on the other hand, died one evening when I needed a box of vials (with a recipe!) But unfortunately, in my haste, I forgot my wallet at home, I didn't want to deliver it, although I would have paid for it the next morning. and they had known me for years now ... with the smell under my nose it would be better not to be in contact with customers ...

Ho "provato" a comprare dei medicinali tre volte.
1* volta: non esiste più il farmaco (e vabbè, trovato da un'altra parte)
2* volta: lo ordino ("non si preoccupi signora, arriva domani" "sicuro? È urgente" "si, si", anche con sguardo di disapprovazione come per dire di non prenderli per scemi). Il giorno dopo "eh, non è arrivato, forse domani". Si vabbè, ovviamente trovato da un'altra parte
3* volta: signora questo medicinale non è disponibile in nessun deposito d'Italia (wow, e che cavolo cura...). Ovviamente trovato da un'altra parte.???
Non ci metterò ovviamente più piede, esercizio davvero pessimo; l'unica cosa che si salva è il reparto cosmetica, le ragazze sono fantastiche e disponibili.

I "tried" to buy medicines three times.
1 * time: the drug no longer exists (and oh well, found somewhere else)
2nd time: I order it ("don't worry madam, it's coming tomorrow" "sure? It's urgent" "yes, yes", even with a disapproving look as if to say not to take them for fools). The next day "eh, it hasn't arrived, maybe tomorrow". Oh well, obviously found somewhere else
3 * time: madam this medicine is not available in any warehouse in Italy (wow, and what the hell ...). Obviously found somewhere else
Obviously I will not set foot in it anymore, really bad exercise; the only thing that is saved is the cosmetics department, the girls are fantastic and helpful.
