★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qui la pizza è proprio speciale. Buonissima e leggera. Classica pizza romana bassa fatta rigorosamente nel forno a legna. Anche gli antipasti sono molto buoni. La carne, dico la verità, l'ho solo assaggiata ma comunque è buona. Quindi consigliatissimo.
 Here the pizza is really special. Very good and light. Classic low Roman pizza made strictly in a wood oven. The starters are also very good. The meat, to tell the truth, I have only tasted it but it is still good. So highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situato nel centro storico di Monterotondo si può godere di uno scorcio panoramico su via Delle Fornaci dai tavoli esterni. Il menù di tradizione italiana e quindi taglieri di formaggi (non ricercati) e un antipasto della casa ( molto stuzzicante e vario), primi piatti anche fuori menù; una particolare attenzione ai secondi di carne frollata in appositi armadi, Chianina, Angus, Fiorentina, maiale etc.. vari tagli e peso con o senza osso c'è scelta... Dal menù si possono scegliere anche le pizze, non manca proprio niente!! Buoni i dolci. Non posso dargli meno di 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐.
Located in the historic center of Monterotondo, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Via Delle Fornaci from the outside tables. The traditional Italian menu and therefore cheese platters (not sought after) and a house appetizer (very appetizing and varied), first courses also off the menu; a particular attention to the main courses of meat matured in special cabinets, Chianina, Angus, Fiorentina, pork etc .. various cuts and weight with or without bone there is a choice ... From the menu you can also choose the pizzas, nothing is missing !! Good desserts. I can't give it less than 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Questa la mia esperienza, al termine di una cena di gruppo: 60 euro a testa per un antipasto misto, un paio di assaggi di pasta e di carne alla griglia, caffè e amaro. Ovviamente vino. Non che mi aspettassi di pagare 10 euro, impossibile, è ovvio; ma 60 a testa per un'osteria mi pare un tantino eccessivo: mai una tavolata di amici, colleghi o familiari mi è costata tanto e per aver mangiato cose del tutto ordinarie. Non contesto assolutamente la qualità del cibo né la disponibilità del personale (che però ha dimenticato due volte di portarmi il caffè); contesto il fatto che, a mio modo di vedere, un menù concordato per non mandare in tilt la cucina con decine di ordini diversi si sia trasformato in un salasso senza precedenti (almeno per la mia esperienza). Immaginate come mi sono sentito quando ho visto 750 euro di conto totale. Sinceramente, credo abbiate perso parecchi potenziali e vecchi clienti. Magari in 2/4 commensali le cose cambiano, non saprei; vista la mia esperienza resterò con il dubbio.

This is my experience, at the end of a group dinner: 60 euros each for a mixed appetizer, a couple of samples of pasta and grilled meat, coffee and amaro. Obviously wine. Not that I expected to pay 10 euros, impossible, of course; but 60 apiece for a tavern seems a little excessive to me: never a table of friends, colleagues or family has cost me so much and for having eaten completely ordinary things. I absolutely do not contest the quality of the food or the helpfulness of the staff (who, however, forgot twice to bring me coffee); I contest the fact that, in my view, a menu agreed to not send the kitchen into a tailspin with dozens of different orders has turned into an unprecedented drain (at least in my experience). Imagine how I felt when I saw 750 euros in total bill. Honestly, I believe you have lost a lot of potential and old customers. Maybe in 2/4 diners things change, I don't know; given my experience I will remain with the doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è napoletana, non è pinza, si avvicina alla classica romana, di fatto è molto buonae molto digeribile. Anche i fritti tanta roba, menzione speciale per il supplì classico riso e ragù r la possibilità del giro pizza, ci tornerò per assaggiare la carne
It is not Neapolitan, it is not pinza, it is close to the classic Roman, in fact it is very good and very digestible. Even the fried lots of stuff, special mention for the classic rice and meat sauce supplì r the possibility of the pizza round, I'll be back to taste the meat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizzeria nel centro di Monterotondo, molto buona e semplice. Abbiamo preso una margherita (5.50€) ed una boscaiola con bufala. Su tutte le pizze c'è la possibilità di sostituire o aggiungere la mozzarella di bufala con un supplemento di 2€.
Pizzeria in the center of Monterotondo, very good and simple. We took a margherita (€ 5.50) and a boscaiola with buffalo. On all pizzas there is the possibility of replacing or adding buffalo mozzarella with a supplement of € 2.
