Tornerò a trovarvi

Insomma, migliorabili! Staff presente, gentile ed attento al cliente. Assolutamente da tornare.
In the heart of the historic center of Monterotondo there is this small and intimate place, which in summer also offers the opportunity to enjoy a dinner on the terrace. I started dinner by ordering some appetizers and I really enjoyed the artichoke alla giudia and the meatballs ascolana, which may not, however, meet the tastes of many. In fact, they are processed in a different way than the classic Ascolana olives, since the olive is ground together with the meat, and the consistency of the meatball is much softer. I personally liked them a lot. Let's talk about the pizzas: here they can be ordered with both Roman and Neapolitan dough. I opted for the former. I ordered a Bufala più (tomato, mozzarella, raw buffalo, parmesan and basil) and I can only praise the crunchiness and lightness of the dough which I digested very easily. To close I took a well done tiramisu, balanced and creamy just right. I tasted the Nutella sweet supplì but they did not meet my tastes: slightly salty (I imagined them sweeter) and lacked the boost of Nutella which in my opinion was perhaps too little inside compared to the rice ball. In short, that can be improved! Staff present, kind and attentive to the customer. Absolutely to return.

This place is especially nice when it's warm out because of terrace seating and they have amazing spicy options for toppings! Friendly staff and is one my favorite places to take visitors.

The pizza with the napolitan dough is really good. Doughy and crunchy at the same time. The right amount of burn that equilibrate the bitter with the sweet of the tomato. Great quality of cheese. The calzone is good but could be more flavourful with tomato (maybe personal taste). The service is really good and fast. The waitresses are warm. The price is honest, good quality price balance. Strongly recommend.
