★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era la prima volta che andavamo, bèh che dire, semplicemente fantastico ragazze gentilissime carne e panini veramente buoni e soprattutto porzioni grandi addirittura con la bevanda analcolica compresa nel prezzo del panino. Ci torneremo il prima possibile.

Ne ho mangiate panini in vita mia ma queste erano bei peggiori, il pane era duro e vecchio insalata non si è vista proprio ma la carne puzzava, disgustoso. Mai scrivo recensioni di questo genere ma sta volta non sono riuscito a fare a meno . mi dispiace . Sicuramente da migliorare tutto…ma tutto !!!!
Bad. I ordered 4 sandwiches via delivery with chips and drinks included. Very bad experience just.
I've eaten sandwiches in my life but these were pretty worst, the bread was hard and old salad didn't show up at all but the meat stank, disgusting. I never write reviews of this kind but this time I could not do without. I am sorry . Surely everything needs to be improved ... but everything !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve premetto che sono di Monterotondo ma questa sera è la prima volta che entro da Joe West.
Prenotiamo un tavolo per 4 arriviamo alle 20.50 e il locale è stracolmo di gente ??? attendiamo qualche minuto e ci accompagnano al nostro tavolo, 5 Min dopo prepariamo la nostra ordinazione e dopo 15 minuti ritirano il nostro ordine.
Non so come dirlo in parole povere, dopo 2 solleciti alle 21.20 ci portano le bibite, ben 30 Min dopo esserci seduti, 21.45 sollecito nuovamente il nostro ordine e ci portano i fritti.
Finalmente alle 22.10 ci arriva il cibo, una pinsa e tre Hamburger.
Dopo tanta attesa si mangia, fortunatamente il cibo merita veramente 5 stelle ma ragazzi il servizio merita veramente 1 stella disorganizzazione all'ennesima potenza un dei tre panini aveva la carne veramente cruda, servizio troppo rallentato non si può aspettare più di un ora per mangiare, ho assumete più personale o quanto meno organizzatevi meglio, personalmente mi sarei alzata e me ne sarei andata dopo 30 Min, ma ormai eravamo lì e affamati.
Non credo metterò più piede qui per una cena, spero vi possiate velocizzare
Hi I state that I am from Monterotondo but this evening is the first time I enter Joe West.
We book a table for 4 we arrive at 20.50 and the place is full of people ??? we wait a few minutes and they accompany us to our table, 5 minutes later we prepare our order and after 15 minutes they collect our order.
I do not know how to put it in simple terms, after 2 reminders at 21.20 they bring us drinks, well 30 Min after sitting down, 21.45 I ask again our order and they bring us the fried food.
Finally at 10.10 pm we get the food, a pinsa and three burgers.
After a long wait we eat, fortunately the food really deserves 5 stars but guys the service really deserves 1 star disorganization to the nth degree one of the three sandwiches had really raw meat, too slow service you can't wait more than an hour to eat, I hired more staff or at least organize yourself better, personally I would have got up and left after 30 Min, but by now we were there and hungry.
I don't think I'll set foot here for dinner again, I hope you can speed it up
