Il titolare gentilissimo si è messo subito all’opera con i suoi strumenti e dopo cinque minuti mi ha restituito l’orologio perfettamente funzionante e senza chiedermi nulla. Ho cercato di insistere per pagare almeno il disturbo ma non c’è stato verso. Per me veramente un’esperienza eccezionale nel trovare persone competenti educate gentili. Le ricordo anche che lei ha riparato il mio orologio senza fornirmi nessun preventivo come le avevo chiesto più volte, pratica al quanto scorretta che mi ha forza a pagare le cifre da lei indicate. Sentirsi dire che se non le sta bene, posso procedere tranquilla a riportarlo com'èra "quindi cioè rompermi l'orologio che aveva riparato" lo reputo fortemente anti professionale! le consiglio di evitarlo in futuro con altri clienti e le consiglio di scegliere meglio le risposte che da ai feedback che riceve (sono un diritto del cliente, se non aprezza le critiche problemi suoi ) .
