Pasta e patate ai frutti di mare buonissima. E per chiudere una graffetta super. Torneremo per assaggiare altro. Bella sorpresa al centro di Nola. Complimenti. Kindness and professionalism despite having booked with The Fork at 11pm on a Saturday night. Hearty and excellent appetizer. Delicious seafood pasta and potatoes. And to close a super paper clip. We will come back to taste more. Nice surprise in the center of Nola. Well done.

Ero parcheggiato all'ingresso del ristorante, da dove arrivava un ottimo profumo di cucina, per cui presumo si mangi assolutamente bene. Abbiamo avuto modo di scambiare due chiacchiere a proposito del fatto che occupassi con l'auto aziendale il posto riservato alla clientela, per cui educatamente ho chiesto se in qualche modo potessi dare fastidio. Sono rimasto meravigliato quando mi ha detto che apprezzava la mia civiltà, educazione e rispetto per il lavoro altrui. Da lì abbiamo parlato di tante cose che mi ha fatto piacere condividere come se fossimo buoni amici. L'ho ringraziato per la sua gentilezza e sicuramente appena possibile, andrò a mangiare al ristorante perché una persona rara da incontrare coi tempi che corrono. Sono sicuro di aver riconosciuto in Raffaele un ottimo imprenditore, per cui suggerisco a tutti di andare a consumare un ottima cena o pranzo. By chance I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mr. Raffaele, because he was passing through for work. I was parked at the entrance of the restaurant, from which came a great smell of cooking, so I assume you eat absolutely well. We had the opportunity to chat about the fact that I was occupying the place reserved for customers with the company car, so I politely asked if I could somehow annoy. I was amazed when he told me he appreciated my civility, education and respect for the work of others. From there we talked about so many things that I was pleased to share as if we were good friends. I thanked him for his kindness and surely as soon as possible, I will go to eat at the restaurant because a rare person to meet in the current times. I am sure I have recognized Raffaele as an excellent entrepreneur, so I suggest everyone to go and have an excellent dinner or lunch.

Come antipasto abbiamo ordinato: dei fritti che non ci sono piaciuti forse perché, anche se diversi, sono stati fritti nello stesso olio; poi parmigiana e polpette che avevamo proprio il sapore di casa. In conclusione, una buona esperienza in questo ristorante. We took as a first course: fettuccine with chickpea cream and clams, squid and shrimp. Well done, very good. As an appetizer we ordered: fried foods that we didn't like, perhaps because, even if different, they were fried in the same oil; then parmesan and meatballs that had just the taste of home. In conclusion, a good experience in this restaurant.

Food is a cut above the usual local Italian fayre. We shared an amazing antipasti which just kept coming followed by a gnochi with pesto & sausage, helped down with a bottle of lovely local slightly sparkling white. Can definitely recommend this resteraunt. Clean and tidy with modern decor
