Delicious cuisine, welcoming and familiar environment, friendly and prepared staff but the surprise was finding the same menu as the "normal" ones, gluten-free. All excellent. Il proprietario,persona davvero cordiale e sopratutto competente per quel concerne la ristorazione,trasmette amore e passione per il suo lavoro e la cosa è abbastanza rara di questi tempi. Per quanto riguarda le pietanze ,c'è qualità in abbondanza e si nota che la cura dei prodotti è alla base delle scelte di questo ristorante. Abbiamo gustato piatti della tradizione e non,ma sempre di ottima fattura. I salumi ed i formaggi sono delle eccellenze ,il servizio ottimo . Prezzo adeguato alla tipologia e alla qualità del locale e della materia prima La prossima volta gusteremo le carni, perchè per noi si ci sarà sicuramente una prossima volta.... Il tagliere era ben bilanciato e gli accostamenti buonissimi. Il proprietario e lo staff estremamente gentili e cordiali. Per quanto riguarda il locale sia la sala interna che gli ambienti esterni erano arredati e decorati in modo da creare una piacevolissima atmosfera. Ritorneremo sicuramente ad assaggiare la loro carne.
