Impasto leggero e sapori ottimi. Consigliatissimo Very chic place in the historic center of Nola. The waiter Michele was very kind and quick Ittima pizza, both the one in the shovel and the traditional one. Light dough and excellent flavors. Highly recommended

A parte i mille problemi legati al software per le ordinazioni ci sono arrivati piatti, bicchieri, posate sporche continuamente. Abbiamo sorseggiato una birra scaduta, ordiniamo le frittatine tra le quali quella cacio e pepe caldamente consigliata dal gentilissimo cameriere per poi scoprire che erano terminate tutte cosa molto strana per una pizzeria al sabato sera alle ore 22. Dopo essere spartito la comanda delle pizze alle ore 23.30 finalmente ci viene servita una pizza carbonizzata alla base (purtroppo ho dimenticato di fare la foto della base della pizza per il troppo nervosismo), ovviamente non mangiata e nonostante fatta presente alla cassa c’è la ritroviamo nel conto. In conclusione in 4 persone abbiamo pagato 89 euro per tornare a casa digiuno. NIGHTMARE KITCHEN We went to this place last night. Apart from the thousand problems related to the software for the orders, we received dirty plates, glasses, cutlery all the time. We sipped an expired beer, we ordered the omelettes including the one with cheese and pepper highly recommended by the very kind waiter only to discover that they were all finished, very strange thing for a pizzeria on Saturday evening at 10 pm. 11.30 pm finally we are served a charred pizza at the base (unfortunately I forgot to take a photo of the pizza base due to too much nervousness), obviously not eaten and despite being presented at the cash desk, we find it in the bill. In conclusion, in 4 people we paid 89 euros to go home fasting.

Abbiamo fatto cambiare 2 volte piatti e bicchieri perché sporchi, alla terza volta ci siamo arresi e abbiamo bevuto dalla bottiglia. Successivamente ci siamo resi conto che la birra era scaduta. Ordiniamo gli antipasti ma l'ordine è sbagliato.. Successivamente ordiniamo le pizze tra cui una cruda e e due bruciate (carbonizzate alla base). Infine chiediamo spiegazioni al cameriere che mortificato si scusa, ma ovviamente la colpa non era sua. I vari commenti sembravano aver toccato più il suddetto che la proprietaria, che incurante, non si è né scusata né fatto un occhio di riguardo vista la situazione. In conclusione abbiamo pagato 90€ senza mangiare. It was me and 4 friends in a pizzeria, in Nola's. We had plates and glasses changed twice because they were dirty, the third time we gave up and drank from the bottle. We later realized that the beer was out of date. We order the appetizers but the order is wrong .. Then we order the pizzas including one raw and two burnt (charred at the base). Finally, we ask the waiter for an explanation, who, mortified, apologizes, but obviously the fault was not his. The various comments seemed to have touched the aforementioned more than the owner, who careless, did not apologize or pay attention given the situation. In conclusion we paid 90 € without eating.

La prima volta a parte i lunghissimi tempi di attesa del servizio la pizza è risultata molto molto buona e il crocchettone veramente ottimo. Ieri sera, delusione...pizza gommosa, impasto pesante, avevo chiesto una marinara con olive ed acciughe è arrivata una marinara semplice anche già tagliata (forse perché era napcrunch?!), chiedo gentilmente di aggiungere gli ingredienti richiesti, torna la marinara con delle olive fredde, appena tirate fuori da barattolo che internamente presentavano ancora l'acqua di conservazione delle stesse. Per quanto riguarda le frittatine invece molto buone...anche se quella alla genovese l hanno "impanata" e fritta con tutta la carta. Il servizio buono anche se c'è qualcosa da migliorare. Un esempio è una esperta spiegazione dei vini e poi al servizio riempire i calici fino a metà praticamente, pienissimi. Capisco che così il cliente è subito "obbligato" ad ordinare un'altra bottiglia, ma non è stato elegante ecco. Ci ero ritornata memore della precedente ottima esperienza, probabilmente non ci tornerò. I was there yesterday for the second time in the company of friends. The first time apart from the very long waiting times for the service, the pizza turned out to be very very good and the croquettes really excellent. Last night, disappointment ... chewy pizza, heavy dough, I asked for a marinara with olives and anchovies, a simple marinara arrived even already cut (maybe because it was napcrunch ?!), I kindly ask you to add the required ingredients, the marinara comes back with some cold olives, just taken out of the jar which still had their conservation water inside. As for the omelettes, on the other hand, they are very good ... even if the Genoese one they have "breaded" and fried with all the paper. Good service although there is something to improve. An example is an expert explanation of the wines and then at the service fill the glasses up to halfway practically, very full. I understand that in this way the customer is immediately "forced" to order another bottle, but it was not elegant here. I had returned mindful of the previous great experience, probably will not return.

Tutto ottimo e con prodotti di prima scelta, inoltre, l’arancino era senza carne quindi ottimo per chi come me non la mangia. La pizza dolce è una chicca, delicata e super piacevole, finita tutta nonostante avessimo mangiato tutto. La cortesia e la disponibilità sia del personale che del proletario donano al locale un’atmosfera calda e accogliente, facendo sentire i clienti a proprio agio. Soft and light pizza. We first of all tried the friggitoria with crocche, arancino and chips. All excellent and with first-rate products, moreover, the arancino was meatless and therefore excellent for those like me who do not eat it. The sweet pizza is a gem, delicate and super pleasant, all finished despite having eaten everything. The courtesy and helpfulness of both the staff and the proletarian give the place a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making customers feel at ease.

Pizza leggera, facile da digerire soprattutto per chi ha difficoltà a digerire impasti lievitati, super condita con ingredienti ottimi. Frittura perfetta! Croccante e asciutta con ripieno fantastico! La pizza dolce con cheesecake ai frutti di bosco una delizia! Spectacular dough and surprising flavors! Si propone come pizzeria gourmet e ne ha le caratteristiche: ingredienti di buona qualità, pulizia, atmosfera piacevole e cordialità. Unica pecca personale di sala gentile ma poco competente. Se il personale di cucina indossa la divisa ed ha un comportamento professionale con i clienti non si può dire lo stesso del personale di sala. Giudico comunque con 5 stelle perché nel complesso è stata una ottima esperienza. Excellent experience: place located in the main street of Nola just before Piazza Duomo. It is proposed as a gourmet pizzeria and has the characteristics: good quality ingredients, cleanliness, pleasant atmosphere and friendliness. The only flaw is the kind but not very competent dining room staff. If the kitchen staff wear uniforms and behave professionally with customers, the same cannot be said for the dining room staff. However, I judge with 5 stars because overall it was a great experience.
