Il commesso si è messo a urlare forte, minacciando di non fare uscire me e la mia ragazza dal garage. Follia I was about to call the carabinieri. Fa venire voglia di parcheggiare in divieto di sosta, alla peggio la multa costerebbe tanto quanto. Convenient is comfortable. All'arrivo abbiamo espressamente chiesto quanto sarebbe costato per 26 ore, dato che avremmo usufruito della convenzione con la hotel La Vignetta a 20 € per 24 ore. Ci è stato risposto che il costo sarebbe stato sempre 20 euro. Invece al momento di pagare il conto è stato 40 euro, 25 euro per le prime 24 ore + 5 € all'ora per 2 ore e pochi minuti, in totale altri 15€ perché il conto è a ore e non a minuti. Se avessimo saputo così non avremmo mai parcheggiato lì. L'addetto si è giustificato dicendo che il conto lo fa la macchina in automatico ma il giorno prima non ci aveva detto così. Vergognoso!!!! Per le prime 24 ore avremmo dovuto pagare a forfait 20 euro con lo sconto clienti del vicino hotel La Vignetta. Invece, avendo superato le 24 ore, non solo ci hanno fatto pagare 25 euro per le prime 24 ore, invece che 20, in più hanno calcolato per poco più di 2 ore, l'importo pari a 3 ore, perché non considerano i minuti. La cosa peggiore è che all'arrivo avevamo chiesto espressamente all'addetto, sig. Rodelio, quanto sarebbe costato per 26 ore e lui ci aveva risposto sempre 20 euro. Se avessimo saputo così non avremmo mai parcheggiato lì. Dovrebbero vergognarsi. Non ci andate per nessun motivo. Di sicuro non torneremo mai più. Bad experience. They are from complaint.
