Questa mattina, 12 maggio 2021 recandomi a ritirare degli articoli prenotati via internet sul sito della Thun (in offerta) c'è stato un modo di accogliere aggressivo e scortese,ove anche la commessa era a disagio.
A quanto pare, il tizio (non di certo un signore) inveiva (contro una donna) accusandola di aver fatto guadagnare la Thun e non lui, avendo ordinato in line.
Dopo tanti anni da clienti del suo negozio, adesso ne perderà molti, visto il passaparola on line e a voce che avverrà, oltre al fatto che se non vuole fare il servizio di ritiro in line, si dissociasse da tali iniziative.
Complimenti ancora a questo grande maleducato e assolutamente negato in questo campo, infangando così il nome della Thun.

This morning, May 12, 2021, when I went to collect items booked via the Internet on the Thun website (on offer), there was an aggressive and rude way of welcoming, where even the saleswoman was uncomfortable.
Apparently, the guy (certainly not a gentleman) railed (against a woman) accusing her of having earned the Thun and not him, having ordered online.
After so many years as customers of his shop, he will now lose many, given the online word of mouth and word of mouth that will happen, in addition to the fact that if he does not want to do the online collection service, he dissociates himself from these initiatives.
Congratulations again to this great rude and absolutely denied in this field, thus tarnishing the name of Thun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo molto piacevole e rilassante, il personale molto professionale e gentile. L'unico suggerimento cercherei di migliorare un pochino la luminosità del negozio poiché dall'esterno è sempre molto difficoltoso capire se effettivamente è aperto o no.
Very pleasant and relaxing place, very professional and kind staff. The only suggestion I would try to improve the brightness of the shop a little because from the outside it is always very difficult to understand if it is actually open or not.

In maniera gentile come lo sono da 40 anni ho solo spiegato alla sig.ra alla quale facevo consegna dei prodotti acquistati in line che gli stessi poteva acquistarli nel mio PV. (Visto che abitata in Latina).

Hello Mr. Leonardo, you describe a situation in which you were not personally present.
In a kind way as I have been for 40 years I only explained to Ms to whom I was delivering the products purchased online that they could buy them in my PV. (Since inhabited in Latina).
If I seemed so very Franco
I absolutely do not deserve to be insulted in this way.
