★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portiamo la macchina perché da alcuni giorni sentiamo un odore di motore surriscaldato, l'auto in ogni caso funzionava senza alcun problema. Dopo un controllo rilevano che c'è pochissimo olio nel motore e quindi lasciamo l'auto per fare un tagliando completo. Dopo averci lasciato l'auto tra i vari interventi parlano anche di un'intervento (pulizia) al corpo farfallato. Dopo la riconsegna dell'auto la utilizziamo e ci accorgiamo che è attiva la spia di avaria motore (cosa che prima non era mai capitata) inoltre l'auto ha un'altro problema che prima di portare l'auto presso di loro non era mai avvenuto ovvero c'è una tendenza a perdere giri in maniera intermittente ogni 5-6 secondi che si nota particolarmente se l'auto è a bassi giro o ferma con il motore acceso in folle. Riportiamo quindi l'auto al Centrogas Impianti chiedendo di verificare il problema che prima di lasciare l'auto da loto non si era mai verificato. Riprendiamo l'auto dopo l'intervento ed il problema ancora persiste come se nulla fosse stato fatto. Ritorniamo quindi l'ennesima volta a chiedere chiarimenti e ci dicono che purtroppo il problema è di questo corpo farfallato (a cui avevano messo mano loro in occasione del primo intervento) e che avremmo dovuto vedercela noi a trovarci un corpo farfallato nuovo o usato per farcelo sostituire. Morale della favola, hanno messo mano alla nostra macchina generando un problema che prima di portargliela non era MAI comparso ed ora.. ce la dovremmo vedere noi. Mi spiace non tornerò mai più presso questo centro.. assolutamente non professionali, sconsigliati. Rivolgetevi a professionisti seri in grado di prendersi le proprie responsabilità.

Moral of the story, they put their hand to our car generating a problem that had NEVER appeared before bringing it to them and now .. we should see it. I'm sorry I will never return to this center .. absolutely unprofessional, not recommended. Turn to serious professionals who are able to take their responsibilities.
