In quel momento davvero complicato per chiunque, abbiamo avuto modo di apprezzare la grandissima serietà e professionalità di tutto lo staff, che ha fronteggiato in modo brillante questa situazione, senza farci rimettere economicamente. Siamo riusciti finalmente a riprogrammare il nostro viaggio ed abbiamo potuto godere dell'assitenza di Entendido Travel anche durante il nostro soggiorno all'estero. Non vediamo l'ora di programmare il prossimo viaggio! Ovviamente, con Entendido Travel!
We met Entendido Travel when we decided to organize our honeymoon which we then had to postpone due to the pandemic. In that very complicated moment for anyone, we had the opportunity to appreciate the great seriousness and professionalism of all the staff, who faced this situation in a brilliant way, without letting us lose money. We were finally able to reschedule our trip and we were able to enjoy the assistance of Entendido Travel also during our stay abroad. We can't wait to plan our next trip!
