Dopo il mio sollecito hanno preteso quasi come fosse un favore personale ed in modo alquanto sgarbato di programmare l'incontro con il tecnico con poche ore di preavviso. Dopo più di un mese di continue chiamate e solleciti, sono riuscito a prendere un appuntamento a 48 ore e li ho dovuti pure ringraziare!!!! SCONSIGLIATISSIMO! Depuratore Farmacqua. Spiego in breve la situazione che ci è capitata; Macchinari montati per un pozzo. addolcitore, cisterna, depuratore farmacqua, pompa sentinel per coloro ed altri pezzi ecc… Loro ci avevano garantito che l’acqua sarebbe stata al 100% potabile anche se l’acqua proveniva da un pozzo artesiano, Dopo un bel po di mesi abbiamo fatto la prima analisi ed è risultata non potabile e non destinata a consumo umano, sono intervenuti altre sue volte con le relative altre analisi sempre a spese nostre e stesso risultato non potabile secondo gli standard del ministero della salute, e dopo di che silenzio non si sono più fatti sentire nonostante tante altre lettere e chiamate. Ad oggi siamo costretti a pagare un finanziamento di 6.000 euro e ci stiamo comprando ancora l’acqua in bottiglie di plastica????? Ho avuto dei problemi personali nel fissare l'appuntamento quindi ho dovuto rimandare diverse volte. Il mio contatto non è mai stato insistente, sempre gentile e comprensivo. Il prodotto è certamente di prezzo elevato, ma i servizi inclusi lo rendono sicuramente competitivo. Non posso ancora giudicare sulla qualità, ma ci sono tutti i presupposti perché sia all'altezza. Settimana scorsa abbiamo scelto la macchina più adatta a noi insieme al consulente che e stato veramente chiaro e competente .. dopo solo 4 giorni hanno istallato il depuratore e siamo felicissimi ... anche il Il cane!
