Hanno imbrogliato me e mio figlio mettendo nella lista 2 volte il libro di tecnica dicendo che non è vero e anche negando di aver truffato ben 20 euro per 2 volte Bel coraggio! e infine dopo aver preso i libri hanno esultato dicendo finalmente questa cliente se ne va sono stufa delle sue richieste! bel coraggio schifo STORIA VERA!!!! 0 stars are not there? schifoooo !!! They cheated me and my son by putting the technique book on the list 2 times, saying that it is not true and also denying having cheated 20 euros for 2 times. Nice courage! and finally after taking the books they rejoiced saying finally this customer leaves I am tired of his requests! nice courage sucks TRUE STORY !!!!

I libri ordinati arrivano anche dopo mesi. Sconsigliatissimo, poi fate voi se ritenete di volervi fare del male gratuitamente. Too bad there is no negative sign before the stars. Bad experience, very long times and non-existent cordiality. Ordered books arrive even after months. Unwise, then you do if you think you want to hurt yourself for free.

Tornata il giorno dopo a riprendere i libri, il costo era lievitato ad €2,50 cadauno perché i libri non erano stati acquistati presso di loro!!! Confermo la maleducazione descritta dagli altri recensori (oltre ad alzare la voce, la signora afferma: se ha lei rode gli rode il c__o, perche’ ha fatto la furba del quartierino acquistando i libri su Amazon, a me non importa niente; non trattasi di benzina che ha prezzo imposto quindi applico quello che io ritengo opportuno) Bad experience, contacted by phone for book covers, on the phone they claim € 1.50 each. Back the next day to get the books back, the cost had risen to € 2.50 each because the books had not been purchased from them !!! Alla richiesta di comprare un libro pagando con carta docente, mi viene risposto che non è ETICO acquistare testi con questo strumento ma serve a noi docenti solo per la formazione. In tutto questo c' era un velo di invidia ingiustificata nei riguardi della categoria docente per cui consiglio alla proprietaria di laurearsi e fare la vita da studente per 5 anni, fare 3 master, 2 abilitazioni a numero chiuso e costose, 2 concorsi e poi anche lei potrà essere oggetto di grande invidia e usare, come me, la carta docente ETICAMENTE per libri, guide per viaggi e concerti (tra cui il Jova beach party :) :) :) Unkindness and annoyance. When asked to buy a book by paying with a teacher card, I am told that it is not ETHICAL to buy texts with this tool but we teachers only need it for training. In all this there was a veil of unjustified envy towards the teacher category so I advise the owner to graduate and live as a student for 5 years, do 3 masters, 2 limited and expensive qualifications, 2 competitions and then also you will be the object of great envy and use, like me, the ETHICALLY teacher card for books, travel and concert guides (including the Jova beach party :) :) :)

Sarò entrato in quel negozio negli ultimi anni 20 volte(5/6 volte ad anno scolastico di mio figlio) ed ogni volta la signora stava litigando con qualcuno.... Questa volta è successo a me. Rudeness reigns. Then we complain because today everything is bought online.
