★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggetto ordinato sul sito ufficiale Thun, pagato e solo da ritirare in negozio; nonostante la mail di conferma, esso non risultava. Se non fosse stato per la ns insistenza la commessa ci avrebbe fatto tornare chissà quante volte. Misteriosamente come era scomparso il pacco però è uscito fuori.
Abbiamo anche dovuto fare la fila due volte.
Per ultimo il sottoscritto ha dovuto tirare fuori la carta di identità e firmare la fotocopia della stessa, a garanzia di non so che cosa, visto che chi va in negozio non deve dimostrare alcuna identità.
Pessimo servizio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domenica mia suocera è stata in negozio e ha acquistato oggetti Thun per un totale di 70€. La commessa molto furba nn gli ha detto che con 65€ c'era in omaggio la campanella di pasqua. Premetto che mia suocera nn ne era al corrente, è stata una signora dietro di lei a dirglielo. Allora lei ha provato a dirgli guarda che mi spetta la campanella, la commessa molto maleducata anche nel risponderle nn ha voluto dargliela. Commesse così nn dovrebbero lavorare in mezzo la gente. Pessima. Visto che io sono cliente e ho anche rinnovato la tessera per tre anni, nn credo acquisterò più da voi.
