G	Giuseppe Marroffino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho noleggiato l'auto presso questa società il giorno 02-12-2019 - caparra 700€ poi si scopre che per poter viaggiare oltre confine bisogna versare oltre al noleggio una somma pari a 30€, da esperienza eviterò questa compagnia anche perché la restituzione della caparra avviene con tempi piuttosto lunghi.... I rented the car at this company on 02-12-2019 - deposit € 700 then it turns out that in order to travel across the border you must pay over € 30 in addition to the rental, from experience I will avoid this company also because the return of the deposit takes place with rather long times ....

Mi inviano da una loro collega dicendomi che avrei pagato lo stessa quota ed invece mi ritrovo a pagare di più, dopo un'ora di attesa (appuntamento di lavoro perso). DOVREBBERO CHIUDERE SUBITO! Bad !! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Booked and paid in advance, upon my arrival they tell me that they have no cars available. (A call in ancient times not?) I send them from a colleague telling me that I would have paid the same fee and instead I find myself paying more, after an hour of waiting (lost business appointment). SHOULD CLOSE NOW!

Al momento del noleggio mi comunica un supplemento di 30€ sul noleggio per l'estero??? (la tratta che dovevo percorrere era Trieste - Lubiana). inoltre avevo prenotato una Toyota Yaris e mi volevano bloccare dalla carta 700€. veramente pessimi the worst rental ever seen before. I pay in advance through the thrifty website, I introduce myself and I have to wait half an hour for the manager to arrive. At the time of rental tells me a supplement of 30 € on rentals abroad ??? Mi hanno trattenuto il costo del noleggio, SENZA MAI DARMI L'AUTO GIA' PAGATA in anticipo con carta di credito, dicendo che non potevo versare la cauzione (offerta anche con assegno) tramite Visa (perché in possesso di Visa Electron) né Mastercard (perché in possesso di una carta di credito in formato digitale e non di plastica), per quanto abbia un plafond di spesa di 5.000 euro. DA EVITARE!!! The worst rental of my life. There are extremes of scam. They kept the cost of the rental, NEVER GIVING THE CAR ALREADY PAID in advance by credit card, saying that I could not pay the deposit (also offered by check) via Visa (because I have Visa Electron) or Mastercard ( because in possession of a credit card in digital format and not in plastic), although it has a spending limit of 5,000 euros.
