★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima, gai seconda volta che appena entrato nella concessionaria mi dicono che sono stra impegnati e fanno bene capire che non gli interessa niente. Menomale che c'è la crisi e lo stato da i incentivi per aumentare le vendite.
 Bad, gai second time as soon as I enter the dealership they tell me that they are very busy and they make it clear that they don't care about anything. Luckily there is a crisis and the state gives incentives to increase sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata trattata benissimo. Avendo il lavoro sulla mia auto richiesto più tempo del previsto, per la necessità di sostituire la batteria, mi hanno persino accompagnata al lavoro e sono venuti a riprendermi. Nulla da ridire nemmeno sulla parte di manutenzione, ottimo!
I was treated very well. Having the work on my car took longer than expected due to the need to replace the battery, they even drove me to work and came to pick me up. Nothing to complain about even on the maintenance part, great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera, purtroppo mi sento di dare una stella perché credo che non ci tornerò più, ma spero che sia una critica costruttiva per l'azienda. Premetto , che la mia recensione riguarda solo la parte "officina", non nel lavoro che è stato eseguito di per sé, che non posso valutare , avendo fatto un tagliando ordinario, ma per l'accoglienza/accettazione affidata ad un personaggio burbero e triste che non ha fatto altro che sbuffare durante il tempo necessario ad inserire i dati dell'auto. Sinceramente mi sono sentita a disagio e quasi come a disturbare portando l'auto, per cui la prossima volta la porterò da un altra parte dove saranno felici di ricevere una commissione in più.
Sono d'accordo con le altre recensioni per la parte di vendita delle auto, 5 stelle per il venditore, una persona completamente adatta alla sua mansione! Consiglio che mi sento di dare, che il personale a contatto con la clientela, sia più cordiale e disponibile.

Good evening, unfortunately I would like to give a star because I believe I will never go back, but I hope it is a constructive criticism for the company. I state that my review concerns only the "workshop" part, not in the work that was carried out per se, which I cannot evaluate, having made an ordinary service, but for the welcome / acceptance entrusted to a gruff and sad character who did nothing but snort during the time it took to enter the car data. Honestly I felt uncomfortable and almost like bothering carrying the car, so next time I will take it somewhere else where they will be happy to receive an extra commission.
I agree with the other reviews for the sales part of the cars, 5 stars for the seller, a person completely suited to his job! I recommend that the staff in contact with customers be more friendly and helpful.
