Very nice room .. spacious .. clean .. The owner is a welcoming and helpful person. Excellent breakfast .. I will definitely be back the next time I come to Udine.

E' una vera casa Liberty e c'è chi apprezza questa caratteristica.
Chiaramente non è per quelli che cercano, piscina, spa, massaggi, sauna e bagno in camera.
Non per tutti ma per tanti.
Io la consiglio sicuramente.
I often send clients who come to us for work.
It is a true Liberty house and there are those who appreciate this feature.
It is clearly not for those looking for, pool, spa, massage, sauna and bathroom in the room.
Not for everyone but for many.
I definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, 5 Stars is excellent ? (rating not political Party!). Und das war es. Geräumiges Zimmer (mit sehr leisem Klimagerät). Die Gastgeberin war extrem freundlich und bemüht. Das geht von einem Begrüßungsdrink über sehr gute Empfehlungen bzgl Abendessen und lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten bis hin zum sehr kurzfristig angemeldeten (und sehr guten) Frühstück. Und die Dachterrasse ist wesentlich schöner, als die Bilder es andeuten. Sympathisches Pflanzen-Chaos. Sehr gerne nochmal!
Ok, 5 Stars is excellent ? (rating not political party!). And that was it. Spacious room (with a very quiet air conditioner). The hostess was extremely friendly and tried hard. This ranges from a welcome drink to very good recommendations for dinner and local attractions to the very short notice (and very good) breakfast. And the roof terrace is much nicer than the pictures suggest. Pleasant plant chaos. I would love to do it again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto bellissimo, con un'area relax piena di piante e una bellissima terrazza sul tetto. La signora Dani (la proprietaria) è molto gentile e disponibile, si preoccupa di tutti i bisogni necessari.
Ci sono un bagno con la doccia e il lavandino e un bagno per i bisogni.
Inoltre la televisione dispone di netflix e altri programmi indispensabili al giorno d'oggi.
Consigliato assolutamente, ci torneremo.
Beautiful place, with a relaxation area full of plants and a beautiful roof terrace. Mrs Dani (the owner) is very kind and helpful, she takes care of all the necessary needs.
There is a bathroom with shower and sink and a toilet for needs.
In addition, the television has netflix and other indispensable programs today.
Absolutely recommended, we will be back.

Posto davvero bello, arredata nei minimi dettagli in una posizione silenziosa.
Area relax con molte piante, balcone e una terrazza davvero ampia sul tetto.
La proprietaria è stata davvero gentile e molto disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno.
Televisione con Netflix e altre applicazioni di streaming disponibili.
Colazione molto ma molto buona e con una vasta varietà di piatti disponibili.
REALLY RECOMMENDED!
