Il propietario, il sig. Luciano è una persona cordialissima e disponibilissima.
Stanza davvero impeccabile, accogliente, pulitissima, ed i colori sono molto gradevoli.
Tutto ciò di cui si necessita c è.
Condizionatore/riscaldamento, bagno in camera, phon, tv, box doccia, ecc.
Il letto è molto comodo.
Ho molto apprezzato anche la disponibilità della cucina nella quale poter fare la mia colazione, il frigorifero, la macchinetta del caffè ed il bollitore.
I prezzi sono davvero modici e accessibili, quindi per qualità prezzo davvero ottimo.
Lo consiglio a tutti e ci tornerò sicuramente! ?
I have to tell the truth, in my short stay I had a really great time.
The owner, Mr. Luciano is a very cordial and extremely helpful person.
Really impeccable room, welcoming, spotless, and the colors are very pleasant.
All you need is there.
Air conditioning / heating, private bathroom, hairdryer, TV, shower, etc.
The bed is very comfortable.
I also appreciated the availability of the kitchen in which to have my breakfast, the refrigerator, the coffee machine and the kettle.
The prices are really reasonable and affordable, so for quality price really good.
I recommend it to everyone and I will definitely be back! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's expensive and offers 0 services, even the breakfast it's not included in its 70€ per night. The owner gives very unclear justification to avoid any kind of receipt!! No view, No internet, No fridge, No cups

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value at very reasonable price!! Excellent location - there's a lovely café close by and everything is within walking distance even the beach is only a short stroll away. The rooms are spacious and clean, even air-conditioned - my favourite one's the room on the ground floor coz you can just walk out into the beautiful garden, lemon tree, pomegranate, flowers and all ... love it, stayed there twice already and will certainly come back again :) !!!
The owners are very kind and attentive to all your needs and if you don't have a car and need to get to the airport you can even arrange to be taken there by the owner for less than the local taxi service.
All in all - perfetto ??☀️????️??
