★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villaggio che consiglio vivamente a tutti coloro che hanno voglia di fare una vacanza, a tutto tondo (mare, visite paesaggistiche, cultura , gastronomia.....), senza particolari pretese tranne quella di vivere un periodo di spensieratezza. Per questo si trova in ottima posizione per raggiungere in poco tempo, tutti i borghi che la circondano. Ho soggiornato nella struttura de La Fenice, dove ho incontrato personale disponibile e pronto ad ogni informazione. Particolare la professionalità il garbo e la gentilezza di due ragazze dello staff della Reception, Ileana e Maria.
Village that I highly recommend to all those who want to take a vacation, in the round (sea, landscape visits, culture, gastronomy .....), without any particular pretensions except that of living a carefree period. For this reason it is in an excellent position to reach all the surrounding villages in a short time. I stayed in the La Fenice building, where I met helpful staff ready for any information. Particular professionalism, grace and kindness of two girls from the reception staff, Ileana and Maria.

Sul posto ho avuto una piacevole sorpresa:
Bella struttura, pulita e curata.
Cibo buono. Il personale di sala è eccezionale. Tutti professionali, gentili, attenti e pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza.
Spiaggia bellissima, mare meraviglioso e cristallino. Lido attrezzato e servizio navetta ogni 30 minuti.
Le camere dell' hotel certo andrebbero svecchiate, ma tutto questo disastro nn l' ho trovato. Dotate cmq di aria condizionata e tv piatto.
Una cosa che lascia un pò a desiderare è la biberoneria. Per questo motivo 4 stelle e nn 5
Before staying at this property I read completely divergent reviews ... I was worried.
On the spot I had a pleasant surprise:
Beautiful facility, clean and cared for.
Good food. The dining room staff is exceptional. All professional, kind, attentive and ready to satisfy every need.
Beautiful beach, beautiful and crystal clear sea. Equipped Lido and shuttle service every 30 minutes.
The hotel rooms certainly need updating, but all this disaster I found it. Equipped with air conditioning and flat TV.
One thing that leaves a little to be desired is baby feeding. For this reason 4 stars and nn 5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato questa struttura su un famoso sito di prenotazioni, era un'ottima offerta per intero appartamento quindi con soggiorno e zona cottura (così era spedificato sul sito). Mi serviva per 2 giorni dopo una camera per una notte perchè l'avrei utilizzata come sosta durante un viaggio in bici. Siccome prediligo i rapporti personali, chiamo in struttura ma senza avere risposta. Vengo richiamato da 2 persone differenti (uno dei due mi dice che preferiscono la prenotazione telefonica "così risparmiamo")... più o meno entrambe mi dicono che non è possibile prenotare un appartamento intero per una sola notte (sul sito famoso era possibile) ma solo una camera, in ogni caso mi avrebbero fatto sapere l'indomani... Ancora aspetto...
A parte il fatto che, visto il periodo, bisognerebbe accogliere in maniera doppia un ospite (per non dire togliersi il cappello), mi sarei aspettato un trattamento migliore.
La prossima volta (ovviamente per un'altra struttura) niente prenotazioni telefoniche...
I found this property on a famous booking site, it was an excellent offer for the whole apartment, therefore with living room and kitchenette (so it was sent on the site). I needed it for 2 days after a room for one night because I would have used it as a stop on a bike trip. Since I prefer personal relationships, I call in the structure but without having an answer. I am called back by 2 different people (one of them tells me that they prefer the telephone booking "so we save") ... more or less both tell me that it is not possible to book an entire apartment for one night (on the famous site it was possible) but only one room, in any case they would have let me know the next day ... Still waiting ...
Apart from the fact that, given the period, it would be necessary to welcome a guest in a double way (not to mention taking off his hat), I would have expected a better treatment.
The next time (obviously for another structure) no telephone reservations ...

Non funziona niente: l'acqua manca, manca la corrente elettrica, i sanitari sono scadenti, la piscina è piccola e adatta solo a bambini, non si respira perché la posizione è pessima, il Wi-Fi non funziona. SCONSIGLIATO SOGGIORNARE (il rapporto qualità-prezzo è inesistente e scompensato).
BAD facility. Nothing works: there is no water, there is no electricity, the bathroom fixtures are poor, the pool is small and suitable only for children, you can't breathe because the location is bad, the Wi-Fi doesn't work. NOT RECOMMENDED TO STAY (the quality-price ratio is non-existent and decompensated).
