Prontamente il mattino seguente alle 8 ( puntualissimo come da accordi ) il sig. Carlo ha verificato il guasto: Purtroppo come temevo, era da sostituire la pompa. Mi ha prospettato la sostituzione o l'acquisto di una nuova: da me poi indicata come marca. Dovendo attendere oltre una settimana ho preferito scegliere una pronta nel suo negozio di caratteristiche simili e il giorno seguente mi è stata installata ad un prezzo imbattibile .e non ho pagato il diritto di chiamata. P	Paolo Canacci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a loro per l'assistenza su una lavatrice. Sono venuti a ritirarla per vedere il da farsi senza diritto di chiamata. Poi valutando la spesa per aggiustarla troppo elevata ho deciso si acquistarne una nuova ma non avendo molto tempo a disposizione mi sono rivolto a loro considerando che comunque dovevo pagare l'intervento e l'installazione di una nuova. Morale della favola lavatrice nuova a casa installata quella vecchia smaltita senza costi ad un prezzo onesto considerando i servizi compresi. I turned to them for assistance on a washing machine. Avendo rotto il termostato di un forno da incasso, (cosa sicura, dato che si spegne andando in protezione termica), e avendo chiesto via Mail un parere su una possibile riparazione, mi è stato risposto di portare il forno in negozio o che comunque dovevano venire a valutare la cosa. Premesso che il pezzo di ricambio si trova tranquillamente on-line, il mio problema era proprio quello di togliere dall'incasso il forno, (altrimenti potevo sostituirlo anch'io). Telefonicamente, mi è stato sgarbatamente risposto, "si rivolga tranquillamente ad altri. Non è il nostro modo di lavorare". Mi firmo: Ing. Given that the spare part is easily found online, my problem was precisely to remove the oven from the built-in, (otherwise I could replace it too). Marco, il tecnico che si è recato al nostro indirizzo si è dimostrato un professionista capace e competente oltre ad essere stato onesto e gentile. La nostra lavatrice è come nuova. Sicuramente ci rivolgeremo a loro per eventuali problemi in futuro. Non è facile trovare un negozio di fiducia nella giungla del pressapochismo. Certamente se avrò ancora bisogno mi rivolgerò di nuovo a loro. I was amazed at the availability and kindness shown to me. They worked hard to solve the problem for me professionally. Purtroppo non mi sono trovata bene, mi sembra assurdo aspettare più di una settimana per un preventivo.. Ho chiamato per avere informazioni e mi è stato detto nuovamente che sarei stata contattata dal collega.. ovviamente sono ancora in attesa.. Mi sono recata da un'altra parte e in 10 minuti ho avuto il preventivo. Mi spiace, ma per quanto riguarda me, ho trovato poca serietà. Timetable from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 16.00 to 19.00, Saturday morning and Sunday closed. Unfortunately I did not feel well, it seems absurd to wait more than a week for a quote. I called to get information and was told again that I would be contacted by my colleague .. obviously I'm still waiting .. I went to another part and in 10 minutes I got the quote. I'm sorry, but as for me, I found little seriousness.

Persona gentile, disponibile, professionale, e servizio onestissimo.
